Touch your inner space, which is nothingness manifestation.guide as silent and empty as the sky; it is your inner sky. Once you settle down in your inner sky, you have come home, and a great maturity arises in your actions, in your behavior. Then whatever you do has grace in it. Then whatever you do is a poetry in itself. You live poetry; your walking becomes dancing, your silence becomes music

Have been doing this for the last several weeks and really emphasizing on a list every night definitely helps be more organized throughout the day. What I struggle with is all the to dues that come up during the day. I work in a position where things need to get done ASAP on a deadline even if they hit my desk at 8 a.m. The list gets longer and so does the day. The 10 hour work day turns into 12-16 hour work day.

This is great advice, especially single-handling. Starting a task, doing some or it, then doing something else then going back to the first take again and having to rethink it all again is the biggest time waster of all for me. I stopped it with big improvements. Also, I don’t look at my emails until midday. If it’s that urgent they can call me. Thanks again.
