I'm a little confused. Right after the instructor tells the students to keep their legs under their hips to maintain power, on his demo tire lift, his feet are just as wide apart as, if not wider than, the student's were?

I often wonder what an alien race would think of us if they show up and see people moving a round tire in this way.

Hell yeah, curl that tire up, rip that bicep.

I've never understood how people can think that is a good idea to flex their biceps that much on an exercise like this LOL

I flipped those at 5’7 160lbs. Get your arms underneath and your chin on the tire and your body will figure the rest out.

It’s not his feet it’s his back. You will never lift that tire without keeping your back straight-just like deadlifting.
