theres always the old school method...find someone locally or online who is similar size and position and try to emulate everything they do on and off the court. its a start, if the starting point is your biggest issue.

Coach i can do ball handling everyday and go to the court tuesday thursday friday saturday sunday I do legs monday wednesday and saturday I do it after i go on the court What days do i shooting and what day do i do finishing

No but there should be 1-2 things that are the absolute main focus of the workout and what you spend the majority of your time on
