Alex I am an instructor in Oklahoma and would like to know where to get the big bag he was holding or what it is called. I teach ITF TKD so we do not have the Olympic style sparring its more open Karate sparring but I love your footwork and work outs. So I have incorporated a ton of your videos into my training sessions. Even near 50 an old dog learns new tricks. Thanks for sharing and keep up your doing great work my students love your videos.

I've been watching every video and I have been using these before my class and they help me with pre stretching and getting my high kicks going. (and for everyone, you can use these and not need to be in TKD, obviously. But I am in TSD (tang soo do) and these drills will still help and work for you.)

Alex first, great video. Second, not sure if there’s a way but can you incorporate the footwork you had during the front kick (it was almost like a skip/hop with your standing leg) into other videos and tips on how to get that tempo/rhythm. I’ve seen it done with a roundhouse kick before too. Thanks!

I would love to know what type of target that is that appears at 1:39. I checked out the Macho website but they don't have it listed. Thanks :)

ARMY FIGHTING she’s got a double roundhouse kick video that might help. Maybe some clarity on what you mean by getting stronger would be helpful, in what way?

Alex following my comment, perhaps a video on speed kicking/repetitive kicks. I know you've got something similar though.

Nice videos.Please do kata videos.

Nigel Chasiya there’s plenty of poomse videos online especially from the Kukkiwon. There are no “katas” in Tae Kwon Do.

Nigel Chasiya if you’re interested in forms/poomse, start with the basic colour belt forms...taegeuk 1 to 8. There are then black belt forms. Again plenty of videos online.
