Bob and Brad. I have enjoyed and appreciated your work. Hope health issues clear up I am 80 and a serious walker; serious enough to walk 500 miles across Spain at 76, and soon again at 80. Serious! My suggestion is this. Many older people want to walk but don’t feel safe. They don’t want to look old and feeble, so they do nothing. Instead of a cane I teach them to use hiking sticks Now, instead of feeble, they are now seen as athletes! Before using sticks many neighbors would stop and offer a ride. Really like the videos you focus on exercises for seniors. One suggestion, when stating to do something 10 times (for example), actually do the 10 with the viewer. Seniors stop the exercise when you do. Not able to keep going to finish the 10 when you hv moved on to another exercise. Many thx!

hello Bob& Brad, help I'm 69 years old and I fell off my bike and broke my collar bone 6 weeks ago. this is the 6th time for my collar bones but 6 other bones since I was little. Now they tell me I have osteoporosis. I try and eat healthy and exercise 5 days a week. I use my bowflex, tread mill, yoga, ride my bike and hand weights. Plus we live out in the country so I receive lots of exercise working around our small ranch. My question is what can I do to build up my bones to protect myself? I'm 5'4 127# and I don't want to sit around wrapped in bubble wrap! Love your vides, need more than your Senior videos.
