Dude. You're not alone. Most reaction videos have folks either tearing up, crying or in a "finnah cry" stage. I totally teared up, but it's a beautful, tribute song to his son. If I lost my first born, it would take me about 5 years to come out from under the rock I was hiding under, nevermind trying to write a song until then. I think God helped him write that song, cuz that's probably the only way he could pull off singing about such a hurtful, grievous subject with such beauty.

That was a GOOD insightful review. I am a Christian and share the same faith. in spite of our experiences here on earth, we have an eternal hope in Christ that one day all of the pains, and regrets, and heartaches will be gone and we will be together with other believers in Heaven and live in perfect peace and harmony with eachother and will see God, i can't fully comprehend the depth of that, but that is my hope because of the price that Christ paid for my sins, and he says "I will make everything new".

I know this is an older post & I pray I'm not repeating facts or telling you something you've learned in the interim. TobyMac is an awesome Christian artist who has traveled a tough road but shared enough to bless us in the growth of his faith. Afterwards he released another song, "Help is on the Way", that was inspired by a verse in the Psalms that says God is rolling up His sleeves to come to our aid. There was another reference to this Psalm in his recent collaboration with Blessing Offor called "The Goodness".
