Kent is good for people who have businesses of their own or better still working remotely. It is very expensive to live in Kent and work in London. Considering train fare, time, etc..., I will advise people should live close to where they work. My opinion though.

Thank you for this video, the only thing is the travelling will be more expensive, so it will equal the London prices. The system is well made out, I know because I worked in the railway. The season tickets will cost you a fortune if you need to go to work in London everyday. So maybe it’s better to pay lil more rent in London and travel less.. it’s a no win situation to be honest…😅😅

@salaubiola9746 2 bed £1300 is definitely not in the city, maybe one of the suburbs like Portslade, Lewes, Hangleton, Seaford etc. Brighton has become one of the most expensive uk cities after pandemic when people moved there from London to be closer to the sea and Down land

Not really that cheap. From £1250/pm for 2bed to any desired amount you wish excluding holding deposit for initial rental
