I ....really think Deanne owns a bigger part of this than it seems. She dated a married man who wanted to kill his wife, with her help; he carried it out and she stayed quiet, then he married his nanny and had 3 kids so Deanne "gave him up" to the police. She could have *stopped* the murder (first one); she jumped in the sack with a known murderer; no wonder she wanted immunity! A "friend" of the hammered wife, who also seemed willing to let an innocent victim die with a murder rap until "guilt" crept in? 🤦 Plus he's so stupid. When I see people like this, with such a high level of callousness, I am very confused as to how they can sustain long term relationships to begin with. At some point this cold and callous personality must come to the surface, yet he managed to marry not once by twice! I think my point is, how can someone this callous “love” someone and even get into relationships such as marriage? I will probably never understand... Brilliant analysis as always Dr. Grande!❤️
@emilyveale28053 жыл бұрын
Yes I think it's so interesting, I'm sure he was very warm and charismatic at first, and I have no doubt the callousness would have emerged, but I think many people can spend a lot of time waiting for the wonderful person they first met to come back. You get so attached to the person's 'good' side that you can't bring yourself to accept their negative qualities. Also women are generally conditioned to be caregivers and give their partners the benefit of the doubt so I think there could be a lot of reasons why someone could end up staying with an abuser til it's too late, despite them openly shifting into their true selves during the relationship. Also found it hard to believe this guy could possibly be 'intelligent' given how many stupid mistakes he made with his crimes but maybe he was just so arrogant he underestimated everyone around him?

It doesn't sound like this sociopath was too bright, not thinking all these "suicides" would look suspicious to authorities.

He married a nanny and not the mistress?! So,that’s why the mistress went to the police! She is absolutely horrible. He was mentioning killing his wife and she didn’t care. But then he gets with someone else and now she’s a concerned citizen. Unbelievable and sad.

Does any know if Roger actually said that stuff to Mark's wife or is that information from Mark?

She apparently reported it spontaneously when she got home from the trip, when Roger was her driver. She wrote it down voluntarily.

Can you cover the guy who wrote the piano outro coda ( some qualify it as a separate song) that Clapton solos over for Layla?

Dr Grande it would be interesting if you described a prominent case involving Huntington's disease.

Hey Dr. Grande, I love your videos! As a baseball fan, could you consider reviewing the allegations against dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer? There isn't a whole lot of evidence out yet (I think it's mainly text messages), but it would be interesting (maybe it could be something you cover in a few months, only after all the evidence is presented and decisions are made)

SNL skit. Doc G never stops his analysis….. wakes up, analyze, breakfast, analyze, all day, everywhere, never stops :). Gently falls asleep as analysis fades into silence and into our subconscious.

Roger started moaning while Mark was on the phone with police, which caused Mark to claim a crying baby, hang up, & shoot Roger again. But Dr. Grande is 100% correct that the cool move would have been to let the cops hear the noises and believe Zombie Roger was making another move so of course Mark had to shoot him in the head a second time. More than any other modern "family annihilator", Mark reminds me of John List who simply moved across the country, changed his name, and remarried after killing his sickly mother, his wife & their 3 children.

I really think Deanne only turned Mark in because he married someone else and not her. I don’t think she had any really guilt about Donna dying…a lot of what he said to her made it obvious that he was intending to kill her and that he did kill her.

Hi Dr. Grande. Love your channel. Would you consider covering the murder of a famous French woman called Sophie Toscan du Plantier in West Cork, Ireland in 1996? It's a hot topic right now; at the moment there is a Sky Crime show by the director Jim Sheridan, and a Netflix Show, as well as an Audible production from a few years back. If you haven't heard about it, the person thought to have done it, Englishman Ian Bailey, was not prosecuted in Ireland due to lack of solid evidence but was trialed in-absentia and found guilty, in France in 2020. He is an interesting character to say the least. As an Irish person with ties to West Cork I'd love to see this covered as it's a fascinating and sad case - we don't get that many murders of this kind here in Ireland, typically murders here are gang related in the big cities. Thanks.
