Hi Cathy! I love skewered foods, but this Kushiage Omakase course seems to be quite the experience! Shrimp, Peas Croquettes, one piece swiming on salmon roe it's a roller coaster!! And the fact that you can sit and chat with the chefs as they share some insights and tips is dfantastic! 10/10 would love to go hahaha!!
