Hello! It’s Yuka. How are you doing? I’m back in Tokyo🗼 Starting with this one, I am planning to post videos about cooking and also about my life in Tokyo. I’ll be cooking food in Japan but I’ll still keep in mind what products you can buy in your countries so that you can try and enjoy the recipes! Hope you enjoy the videos…💓

We absolutely love your videos and recipes. Since I discovered your channel, we cook something from your videos at least 3 times per week (it is great that you are paying attention to the ingredients we can find in Europe). If I may and you are feeling up for it - we would love to try your version of karaage and omurice. I look forward to your future videos and ganbatte!

Yay I’m excited for this new era in Tokyo! Can’t get over how cheap and delicious all the food is. Groceries have gotten so expensive in the States, so I’m jealous!

Welcome back to Japan! I just came back last month as well. I'm staying in Aichi but I'm gonna go to Tokyo for a few days tomorrow (I need to renew my passport so I thought I would take the opportunity to stay a few days extra since it's been so long since I was there), and I'm so excited. I have missed Japan so much during corona. It's difficult to pick what I love the most about the country but I agree that the food is definitely one of my favorite things. Right now I'm waiting for strawberry-season to kick off so I can finally enjoy ichigo daifuku and delicious sweet Japanese strawberries again.

I would LOVE if you met up with Miwa from Miwa's Japanese Cooking and maybe did a collaboration, your lives are very different so it would be interesting to see how both of you use the same batch of ingredients or what recipes you can come up with together!

This video was so interesting, I really enjoyed seeing life in Japan, and the prices there for food is so much less than here in the us. I really enjoyed this video, seeing the food and amazing grocery food prices. Please keep sharing about life in Japan too. It’s so interesting to see an whole new culture other than my own. I also enjoyed seeing the food you made at home 😊

I hope you are settling in OK! Moving is so stressful! I really enjoyed the vlogs and seeing different parts of Tokyo, made me want to go back and visit again :) Would be interesting to see if you have any recommendations for places to eat! Though I'm vegetarian which I found can be difficult when I was in Tokyo 😂

I'm very curious what happens to the leftover ingredients like cabbage, and does the leftover food get spoiled the day after or no? I also live in an a flat with no refrigerator, it's a bit of a struggle to cook food and have leftovers because it gets spoiled. Any suggestion? Love your channel so much btw.

Oh, wow. Your rent is so low! When we were in Okinawa, it was $3700 (USD) for a home about twice that size per month and the yen was much stronger in 2008-2011 vs our money. I love your new place, it's very cute! And I'm glad everyone is still wearing masks. No one wears them here in south carolina and our hospitals (locally) are always overfilled. There are so many funerals.
