Hello Yuka, thank you for your recipes. Is the rice warm if you form the onigiri in the plastic foil or do you also use cold rice?

Wow all these breakfast ideas seem amazing! I am not a fan of sweet breakfasts and I know it's common in Japan to have savoury breakfasts, from a European perspective perhaps some might even seem like lunch/dinner food haha, but I love experimenting with food especially trying recipes from around the world. I will try to recreate them all, but in a vegan version, so no salmon or eggs for me, but perhaps I try to make salmon from carrots, I've seen a recipe somewhere. Thank you so much for sharing!
I made your tofu recipe today, it was great, thank you!

When you are adding sake...is that mirin? Is Mirin the same thing as sake ? Because I cannot find cooking sake in my store.

I made the green onion and egg topped okonomiyaki it was so delicious! And if it makes a difference I used Napa cabbage instead since I didn’t have green cabbage. Sooo delicious! ( ⁼̴̶̤̀ ᵕ ⁼̴̶̤́ )

I'm going to prepare these. By the way, do you use the normal mayo from the supermarket?

One suggestion would be to put a wet paper towel or rag under the cutting board so that it doesnt move while cutting them Western Style Sweet Potatoes. Love the dishes.

I tried the miso mayo cucumber and the stewed bell peppers. They were excellent, so much so that I polished them off all by myself. Next time I'll have to make double the recipe so the family can enjoy it, too.

Do you guys and girls have some tips for this recipe ? I made once and it was not as delicious as I thought it would be. I did not balance the amount of rice and ingredients and the flavors didn't mix well.
