Gotta say Version 1.5.0 made it a lot easier to troubleshoot issues with certain games. I was finally able to play Ace Combat 5 The Unsung War again without the glitchy ground textures and vertical black lines. Being able to play that game in 3x the resolution in hardware mode was definitly worth the wait. Thank you for the ongoing improvements! :)

i just bought a PS2. Works perfectly, dvds, clear and purple bottoms discs, and loads faster than current gen consoles. lol get now while they're still cheap! 1st gen controllers and memory cards are getting harder and harder to find! i've got Kaido Battle 2 and Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3. such great games. i wish Genki and Crave would come back! T__T it was barely 10 years ago... so ahead of their time.

PCSX2 Can you tell me what wrong with Valkyrie Profile 2, hardware mode is a slideshow (6% speed) while software run at 40% speed Tested all kind of versions old/new, bios, changed settings. the only thing red on the console is "vertex trace: float overflow detected"

Creating yet another account & that confirmation email trouble Anyway if you bother, i used all kind of versions from 1.2.1 to 1.5.0-dev-2212 on two different Windows 7, with US/PAL bios HARDWARE MODE openGL/DX11 When in towns/dungeons it's a slideshow (6%), but in menu/cinematic/combat/world map it runs full speed (100%) SOFTWARE MODE It runs slow (40%) all the time...like it should All the other games run normally depending on my specs & pcsx2, but this one just insta-drop, they may run slow or have dips but not crash completely I already made many ISOs with Alcohol 120%, so i don't think it's from that PAL version of Valkyrie Profile 2 Windows7 sp1 x64 Core 2 duo E7500 2.93Ghz Nvidea gt 610 RAM 4Go DDR2

Sounds about right for a GT 610. You can try setting native resolution in GSdx and playign aroudn with some of the HW hacks. IIRC the alpha stencil hack helped this game a bit. More info: wiki.pcsx2.net/Valkyrie_Profile_2:_Silmeria

try using "align sprite" option in HW Hacks section, can't give you the guarantee, but works for me.

It's on. The game has bars going down from the top. They're quite thin but still annoying. Also the game feels really laggy in the stock res. Once I pump it up. It looks like a game from 2009 and feels really smooth. Was looking for a fix for ages. Even downloaded a iso which someone said has fixes. Nothing worked.

1.5.0 comes in nightly builds so you can never just say 1.5.0, you have to specify WHICH version of 1.5.0, both my version of 1.5.0 and the final 1.4.0 are both AMAZING though, either is fine for you.

OK, that's fine, but the official for when? ... Rather what are the maximum requirements to play normally .... What I see in most are INTEL but for an AMD I do not see in their videos. Another query, is it necessary to have an NVIDIA graphics card? And but the ATI RADEON ... will serve ?.
