Tom Holland is an English actor, born on June 1, 1996, in Kingston upon Thames, London. He is best known for his role as Peter Parker / Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Holland began his acting career in the West End production of "Billy Elliot the Musical" in 2008 and later starred in the British drama film "The Impossible" in 2012. He gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of Spider-Man in "Captain America: Civil War" in 2016, and subsequently starred in "Spider-Man: Homecoming," "Spider-Man: Far From Home," and "Spider-Man: No Way Home."

WEDNESDAY:

So did he do his hiit workout after every workout every day? I have a good workout I’m with but not sure if I should hiit and what to do. But now maybe I’ll do his but a little less. Then increase it as I move on. I only feel good about myself after a workout if I’m sweating, so I like to push myself to sweat but just lifting some weights doesn’t always get me there. So if I’m doing hiit workouts after maybe it’ll help a bit more.

High intensity training every second day and cardio on the other days. Kickboxing is good cardio. So are box jumping, swimming and sprints.
