"Sleeping" is a charged verb that was easily twisted by the media which ran with just that. In the Bashir interview, Michael stated that he was on the floor while the guest(s) would be in the bed. The Arvizos did an interview with the DCFS and the family confirmed that Gavin and Michael had never actually slept in the same bed together. Also, it came out in the trial that Michael wasn't the only adult in the room. Frank Cascio was there as well; he and Michael stayed on the floor while the Arvizos and Michael's two kids were on the bed.

In the Martin Bashir hitpiece Gavin Arvizo retold that he and his siblings/cousins begged Michael to stay with them there in the same room and same huge bed and his stipulation was that he would take the floor away from the bed AND that there would be at least one other adult in the room. He was used to being scammed to some degree as people would apply to do cleaning or security work so they could steal trinkets or even items thrown in the trash like album art concept sketches they could sell for thousands The Arvizo family were serial scammers who tried to get Jay Leno and Chris Tucker prior to MJ and some department stores as well where Gavin's mother had the kids shoplifting and after being stopped by the store security she submitted photos to the courts of her chest with bruises... The same bruises she used in the divorce case to fleece her husband. MJ was an absolute scam magnet and having a Weird sheltered childhood is no help, he was accustomed to accepting some degree of abuse from those around him and still trusted people who had used him

Prince was considered weird too at times, walking around with yellow full body suits with the a.s.s. cheeks cut out. Weird isn't bad. Weird just means different. Some of the most eccentric people I know are pretty fascinating/interesting. But I do remember watching the other documentary where Michael said, people would be bored if they knew how normal he was... so sometimes he probably played up the "weirdness" a bit to keep people interested/talking about him. Plus, people who really knew him (even Lisa Marie) said he wasn't as weird as the media made him out to be or he made himself out to be in the public eye. Even LMP said there's the public Mike and private Mike. The private Mike was definitely more down-to-earth, chill, talkative, humorous, generous, considerate, he cursed, he drank, according to some hit a blunt every now and then, etc. ... Opfrah was surprised that he cooked breakfast for his own kids...

@@sin2tymes65 That is inncorrect.. you must have got that from a tabloid or word of mouth because it's the exact opposite (he did not describe his penis, not even close and the money went through insurance, he did not want to pay them and refused over and over, not a cent came directly out of MJ's pocket). I really don't know why you guys believe things without researching properly. Please Watch the documentary 'Square One MJ.' It's on KZbin now. They go into detail about that case. Trust me, you'll change your mind in less than two hours. All backed by court documents, recordings of the accusers, and the facts.

@@sin2tymes65 Wow dude..If you fucking click on the link I just send you above (the proof that you're making shit up).. YOU CAN SEE THE DRAWING WITH YOUR OWN EYES, ALONG WITH THE COURT DOCUMENTS, AND RECORDINGS OF THE ACCUSSERS AND EVERYONE INVOLVED IN THAT CASE WHO CLEARLY FUCKING SAY IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE HIS PENIS.. IT WAS LAUGHABLE TO EVERYONE HOW OFF IT WAS AND THAT IS WHY THERE WAS NO CHANCE FOR CRIMINAL PURSUIT.. SO KINDLY FUCK OFF WITH YOUR TABLOID INFO YOU PROBABLY GOT FROM A BLOG OR YOUR FRIEND WHO HEARD IT FROM THE NEXT PERSON.. BECAUSE FOR SOME STRANGE REASON PPL LIKE YOU WANT TO BELIEVE THIS SHIT AND REFUSE TO LOOK AT THE FACTUAL EVIDENCE.. HENCE YOU RIGHT NOW, REFUSING TO LOOK AT WHAT I SENT YOU AND INSTEAD ARE STILL REPLYING WITH SOME BULLSHIT.

And that's what's scary about the justice system when you can be innocent and the DA knows it but to get a conviction they would spend the truth or a lie all for a conviction.sad man
@CarolinaGonzalez-ik8mj3 жыл бұрын
American justice system is totally corrupt. It doesn't respect the presumption of innocence. Accuse civilly before a criminal trial is totally illegal and unconstitucional.

100 percent. Which other artist has over 10 staff in cleaning or security who they've beaten in court for theft from their property - MJ was so big that if you have no morals it made great sense to get a menial job at the ranch so when he screws up a quick sketch of an album cover concept and throws it in the trash can you can retrieve it and put it on eBay for a couple of thousand dollars
