Love your accurate pronunciation of Thai dishes. True respect for the culture. Hate people who don't bother to learn the language properly. Thank you.

Looked very good. You kind of mixed flavors. on the grouper you put seafood sauce on both pieces and ate the first, then put brown sauce on second bite too. The curry was on your rice when you at the vegetable. Oh well! no harm done! I just ate Flounder and eggplant but your blog made me hungry again! Oh Boy!

The food looks really good and savoury! I regret that i didn't venture out to try all these gems when i was in Bangkok! On the side note, in Singapore, we call the first dish Hot Pot in english language. However, in chinese, we call it 火锅, which literally translates to ''Fire pot'.

I think that was one of the best restaurants that i have ever seen!!! Awe-Some!!!! ALL the dishes that you ordered seemed soooo nice!! I got a bit jealous actually....again.... But one day I will travel for food too.... It seems awesome! Is there anyone who could explain how scallops taste like? I can't remember if i have ever tried scallops, but I am so curious. What do they taste like??? I think I am gonna get some scallops soon from the store and cook up something. My curiosity is curious.... Thanks for sharing this absolutely wonderful adventure. If I visit Bangkok one day, I will try to eat at this restaurant!! It seems absolutely wonderful!!!! What a menu they seem to have!!! Best wishes from Sweden!

Dear Mark, Kudos and Congratulations to you and Ying for making amazing vlogs of your food adventures, and your passion and dedication is really commendable. . I personally think you are doing a way better job promoting Thailand compared to the Thai Tourism Authority. You folks are true ambassadors of your beautiful country, they should really use your expertise regarding what you have come to do best . I really wish that i could travel to Thailand soon and spend some solid time there and hopefully, meet you and use your expertise on Thai culture and cuisine on a Thai food tour :-)

Again, right near my house. the เอ็นหอย is actually a kind a clam. They looks a lot like a huge mussel. They are wayy cheaper than scallops and can be super tough if cooked the wrong way. I like to buy them from the seafood market some times and try to cook em like scallops but never really work out. They are best cooked this way or just quickly blanched in hot water with some thai seafood sauce.
