great recipe vidya ! may i know how long can i keep it if i use vinegar as preservative. and also if i can store it outside the refrigerator.

It is yummy, my suggestion is to add little black vinegar and when cooking the tomato you can add the salt, it cooks fast, you can save your time.

SUPERB 👌👌👌👍👍👍👏👏👏 I can eat roti only with this Pickle every day , no need any thing. again I say SUPERB 👌👌👌👍👍👍👏👏👏 I will ask my WIFE to prepare this so Yami recipe.👍👍👍

what about the skin of the tomatoes? I dont see any in this pickle. did you pick them out while it was cooking?

Nice....store in fridge, msrudramma the tomatoes are cut to small cubes & I think that's why we cannot see the skins.

Im not trying to sound like an idiot or anything.. but.. when you say you want the tomatoes to go DRY.. what i think you mean is REDUCE.. im guessing thats the word you are looking for.. no disrespect intended, its only advice for future reference.. great recipe.. thanks for sharing.
