I always admire people's sense of authenticity when posting their videos this way. I'm a lot like that too. Sure, I often want to make my food look pretty and use nice plating, and sometimes as a treat I will. But most often, I just want it to taste good. Eating aesthetically pleasing food does make me happy, but sometimes all I need is food that warms my heart and feeds my soul. 😌

@@hornimamont7462 Fat in heavy cream = thick and creamy. 40% milk fat vs 4% in milk. Less fat = thinner soup. Just re/heat on low. If you want/ need to use milk just thicken w/ cornstarch/ water mix (Lots of how to’s online.) Condensed milk in pinch.

Don't use butter for the bread. Butter burns things more. try olive oil instead. Learned the very very very hard way (think many popcorn kernels and pans and steaks burnt)
