Hey dude, I just wanted to say that I was going through a pretty rough period when I started going through your video catalogue, and even when I thought the interludes were lame or cheesy, having a voice outside of me that was repeating and reinforcing positive things was unbelievably helpful. I'm doing somewhat better now, and I just wanted to say thank you.

Might have something to do with Roll speed and how Binos lock you at a specific move speed. Could be that it mistakingly locks you at roll speed, even if you aren't rolling. Instead of you know, the forced walk speed when you're using binos. ^ this is all probably wrong but hey, that's my guess.
@KnightOfGwyn
@KnightOfGwyn 3 жыл бұрын
@@Devil-hw6ju on a serious note haha, honestly for an educated guess, that’s not a bad idea. Moooost games will cap your forward velocity (lookin @ u super mario 64, note that I said FORWARD velocity lmao) but if it’s also setting a lower AND an upper limit of essentially the same number, that is entirely possible. Thus locking you into the roll velocity that you substitute for the walk velocity before the game has time to update that you have left the “using binoculars” state.

I've been going through a pretty rough time for a while now, and while I won't dive into that, I can only describe what I've been feeling as existential exhaustion. Circumstances aside, your message at ~29:00 was pretty uplifting to me. Thank you.

Thanks for your kind words. I didn't expect I'd need them, TA. I'm going through a really shitty relationship right now, and your words lifted me up a little.

Just watching this video and got that reminder to not give up and to keep moving forward and all that. And that little bit of encouragement came out of no where and it's exactly what i needed to hear. Ty

I used to be very depressed and at the time, those kind words of encouragement didn't really mean much. Now that I've dug myself out of that dark hole, it truly hit how true those words are. Keep it up everyone.
