鮮茄煎紅衫:
材料:
蕃茄2個
紅衫魚2條
處理:
1. 紅衫魚,刮鱗,內外洗乾淨,擎乾水。
2. 蕃茄,搣去椗,洗乾淨,切細舊。
烹調:
1. 中火在鑊中燒熱油2湯匙。
2. 放魚落鑊,轉中慢火。
3. 煎了3分鐘,反轉繼續煎3分鐘。
4. 魚已煎好,隔去油,放上碟。
5. 放蕃茄落鑊,加入水100毫升,加入糖1湯匙。
6. 加入少許茄汁。
7. 煮滾後,加入生粉芡收汁。
8. 蕃茄汁,淋上紅衫魚上面,完成,可享用。
Tomatoes with panfried golden threadfin bream:
Ingredients:
Tomatoes 2 Nos.
Golden threading bream 2 Nos.
Preparation:
1. Golden threadfin bream, get it scaled. Rinse thoroughly and hang dry.
2. Tomatoes, remove the anchors. Rinse and dice into small cubes.
Steps:
1. Heat up oil 2 tbsp at medium flame in wok.
2. Put fish in wok. Turn to medium~low flame.
3. Have already fried the fish for 3 minutes, flip it over and continue to fry for another 3 minutes.
4. Fish has been fried well. Filter the oil and put on plate.
5. Put tomatoes in wok. Add water 100ml with sugar 1 tbsp.
6. Add little tomato ketchup.
7. Put tapioca sauce after boils up, to help making the sauce thick.
8. Tomato sauce, put on top of the fish. Complete. Serve.
