I hit a woman once. It was a firm backhand. She had being yelling and screaming at me because she was drunk for the last few hours and causing all sorts of crap at my friends place (she was abusive every once in a while but this was the worst she had being). Then while I was driving her back home she grabbed the wheel and tried to turn it so that the car went into oncoming traffic at 80km/hr. So I backhanded her. It just came out of no where and wasn't planned but an automatic response. She yelled, screamed and cried for the rest of the night about it as I tried to get her home safely. I had to call the cops to take her home in the end. She told them that I had beat her but they didn't even take my statement. They knew what was up. I've had people tell me that I was wrong for hitting her because 'it's never OK'. One chick went off at me at a party when my best friend told her the story as he was also in the car. Load of bullshit.

One thing I heard from a retired police officer of over 20 years: When they go to a domestic violence scene, and if the woman comes up to them and starts telling them what he did, and this and that, then it's likely that she's the one who started it and he's the victim. But if she's quiet and not doing much when they're there, and not saying much, then he started it and she's the victim.

Thats true for me. I'm not the perfect boyfriend but in all my fights with my girl, she is the one being physical always. Pushed, shoved, scratched, punched (on the body though)...I got the scratches and bruises, they sometimes hurt but i have a male constitution and bigger (honestly, they hardly bothers me at all) so I took it. Plus no one will give a fuck anyway if I got hurt. They probably laugh at me if I complain, wouldn't they? Wouldnt you , "ladies"? I sincerely love her and forgives (and she always apologises) but yes, through it all I kept thinking how fucked up it is that its ok for society to accept guys being battered by women but GODDAMN if you even speak harshly to a woman in public. Whereas if a guy gets that or even were hit, EVERYONE will immediately think the guy is a fucking jerk and probably deserves it.

My wife once went so crazy of drinking alcohol for several hours . She insulted and humiliate me for hours. I locked the door of the bathroom to make it my emergency-room to avoid her screaming at me. She pounded and kicked the door and didn't stop of screaming at me. All of a sudden I heard her unlocking the door with a screwdriver. She opened the door and stormed into the bathroom with a 20cm long and big screwdriver, ready to stab me with it. I disarmed her with three heavy punches to her face which resulted in a black eye an bruises. She screamed that I hit her and ran to the neighbors.... Self defense it allowed if you are threatened with serious injury caused by a wappon. Women often forget this.They often think that they are untouchable. Wrong sight on life!

I watched a district judge give sentence to a girl who stabbed her boyfriend 40 times. While in the courtroom the family was trying to hold back the tears as the details were presented. She rolled her eyes. The judge got asked to duct tape her mouth shut: “You’re lucky this isn’t a death penalty state or else you’d get the chair.” Towards the end of it he screamed: “I HOPE YOU DIE IN PRISON!!!” So if anyone says there’s no reason to hit a woman. The thing is, violence wouldn't solve any problem. Genders don't even matter in this. Self-defense is a whole different story and of course you'll have to save yourself if you're getting physically attacked. But if it's all emotional abuse and manipulation, then you have to fight it by other means, and basically figure out how to run away with minimal casualties.

The better argument, IMO, is that it's SEXIST to make the statement "There's no reason to hit a woman." By excluding men from the statement you're implying there ARE reasons to hit a man -- and that's a double standard. And most people think there ARE reasons to hit a man -- and it's especially women who think that. If it's OK to hit a man then it's OK to hit a woman. That's equality.

I've dated several women that flat out told me.. why don't you hit me when I piss you off that much or when i say this or that? The main reason is because most men don't want to go to jail, second is because I personally am not a violent person. The laws used to ALLOW a man to beat his wife once a month and many such laws are actually still on the books in many states today. Years ago if the cops came after a man hit a woman, the cops would just say "so what did she do or say?" and they would eventually go away.. now of course even making a woman SLIGHTLY AFRAID can get a man arrested for "terrorist threats" "menacing" or other TOTAL BULLSHIT policy violations which are not laws.. Thus for women, there are NO consequences to their actions OR their BIG F-ING MOUTHS and WORDS, especially when dealing with men, so they just say or do whatever they want because the laws, cops and society are almost totally on their side!

Do you KNOW what is your FAULT to your woman?? Many woman has the REASON WHY she is NAGGING to her man. MOST of the reason is about RESPECT and UNDERSTANDING. When The man is GOOD, so the woman will NOT NAGGING..! Because there will be NO REASON for NAGGING the man, if the man is ALREADY GOOD in BEHAVIOR, ATTITUDE and MORAL. It is DEPENDING on HOW you are treating the woman. You TREAT her like a SHIT and she TREATS you back like a SHIT. That's WHY woman is NAGGING.. There are many MISUNDERSTANDING and MISCOMMUNICATION between Man and Woman in Relationship. For example: If she likes to CLEAN UP the house, and then man MUST RESPECT her by NOT THROWING a DIRTY Clothes and Shocks EVERYWHERE at home. At least HELP her to PUT the DIRTY stuffs to the RIGHT place of DIRTY Clothes. But.. if you DON'T RESPECT her, of course you will get NAGGING..! Well, woman is supposed NOT UNDER the man.. BUT BESIDE the man.. and the woman is also NOT supposed to be ABOVE the man.. so when both understand their own position and everything is going UNDER RESPECT each Other and UNDERSTANDING each other.. Man MUST NOT behaving like a BIG BOSS at Home.. but MORE like a REAL PARTNER or a BESTFRIEND of his wife.. So There will be NO Reason to do NAGGING and HITTING..!

I would have done the same for any feminist, National Socialist or any other similar socialist of my acquaintance. Having her develop lung cancer would have been just as acceptable. Nothing even remotely chivalric or heroic was intended. For similar reasons, I am in favor of full legalization of all presently illicit drugs, especially for recreational purposes, and on the presumption that such a policy would both cause drug prices to plummet and literally resolve the drug problem all on its own. The woman I spoke of was a notorious sponge, who would warm up to multiple males and try to get them to buy her things. She was utterly transparent and unscrupulous about it. She also liked to start fights among her male paramours. A simple request to be left alone did no good, and an openly contemptuous and hostile reaction on my part would have gotten her to get me in trouble with one or more of her besotted minions, thus my choice of strategy for dealing with her. Apparently she was sufficiently convinced of my own devious and cruel intentions, and capacity for contemplative malice equal to her own, to provide me with relative peace from her thereafter, so mission accomplished.

So brings back memories, I had an ex I ran into at a bar about a year after we broke up, I just walked past her like she was not even there, well, that must have pissed her off because she stabbed me in the shoulder with a metal nail file she had in her purse as I walked past her, it went in 3" and stuck in my shoulder, I did not know it was still in my shoulder when i turned around and thought whatever it was was still in her hand, so when I turned around, I punched her in the face flooring her.. make a long story short, we were both arrested, her on numerous charges including a felony, and get this.. I was arrested on .. "domestic violence" because I had dated her in the past.. I had to surrender all my firearms and to this day cannot own one as that charge sits over my head.. had that been a man that stabbed me, I would have been in the clear based on "self-defense", but because it was a woman..

Except when the man does whatever he wants, lies constantly to everyone, and has the woman so broke down and beaten in the inside that she knows better than to do anything but keep taking it until death finally gives her freedom and peace. There is not a REAL man out there who would ever raise a hand or even a voice to a woman, no matter what the circumstance. Those men who abuse were taught to abuse and taught how to get by with it. There is a reason abusers have no respect for women, typically it's because of whatever woman raised them and gave them no guidance or nor nothing to respect.
@loneronin6813
@loneronin6813 2 жыл бұрын
@@LargeMarge8671 Everyone has the right to defend themselves. If someone attacks you, then you have every right to fight back. Just as a woman has the right to defend herself, so does a man. I don't know how you're reading abuse into my initial comment. If a man hit you then you would defend yourself right? Why is it so wrong for a man to defend themselves against a woman attacking them? You do realize that sometimes men are abused by women as well right? Is there some kind of exception when it comes to a man being abused? I haven't heard of one that was valid. I've never hit a woman, but I've been attacked unprovoked by someone I was in a relationship back in high school. I didn't hit her, but I did grab her by the arms and restrain her so that she couldn't continue trying to hit me and literally claw my eyes out. I maintain that I had every right to defend myself. Turns out the reason she did this as some kind of sick test to see if I would still stay with her even if she was abusive. I also happen to be disabled and I can't throw a punch, kick, or other strike even if I wanted to, but I can still restrain and grapple with an attacker to an extent. You say a real man wouldn't hit a woman even in self defense, so are you also saying that I deserved to be viciously attacked and I should've just let it happen? Your argument is exactly the mentality that only makes it harder for men who are physically abused to receive justice and understanding as to why they defended themselves. I didn't even say anything about abuse, but I know what it's like to be attacked and abused by a woman, and I assure you that there is nothing right about anyone attacking or abusing anyone else. So I maintain my initial point: If someone attacks you, it doesn't matter who they are. Defend yourself.

Yeah that too but poachers simply shoot down wolves, lions and tigers and then skin them for money or turn the into taxidermic animals or just simply cut off their head and pin them on the wall like a trophy. This is why Tasmanian Tigers got extinct because poachers want to skin them for money so badly. And you are wrong. Vegans can take proteins from plant proteins such as almonds, chickpeas, beans, avocado, rice, Brussels sprouts and peanuts and etc. They don't take injections. Search up Vegan Athletes, they are vegans who are built up by eating these foods. And no, animals do not get treated nicely, well most, they get abused in slaughter houses, their children getting slaughtered slowly. Here is an example. A cow is having pregnant, while it's pregnant it develops milk in the udder, after giving birth to a baby cow, people butcher the cow and sells the meat then milking the adult cow and then making it pregnant again and repeat the process. I have a whole long list of reasons I could've hit my ex wife over the years. I always told myself that I wouldn't hit her and would never turn to alcohol like her dad did because her mom was the same way. Due to one miniscuel issue, she handed me separation papers a few years ago. I shrugged my shoulders, said "oh well" and walked away. For the sake of my children, I suggested marriage counselling and she declined. I've been in heaven ever since. I had just accepted a job in the field I'd always dreamed of, then she handed me separation...followed by divorce papers. God was on my side that year.

Sorry Kim but you have no clue who I am. That was 4 years ago. Since then, I've been working in a funeral home taking care of people. Last February, I became a hospice volunteer and then did reiki workshops so I could heal myself (past and present) mentally, spiritually, and physically. I started doing energy work on my friends, family, and children. Over the summer to November, I went through the levels of reiki and became recognized as a practitioner for hospice and bring healing energy in to hospice patients. I also go to the cancer floor every other week for hospice and visit patients and their family offering support and get them what they need to make their night easier. I became a reiki master practitioner in November and gave my 7 year old son the ability to do it (will do that for my 4 year old daughter when she feels ready). I've taught my son how to do healings on me and how to bring healing energy in to himself when he gets hurt. I got my ex wife and her mom interested in it after I did a distance healing to get rid of ex wife's migraine. They both got interested in crystal therapy and I set them up with my reiki master so they could have the ability to heal themselves and make themselves better people. I meditate daily and teach my kids how to meditate. Soon, I will be doing a workshop for a medical reiki master where I'll be able to do reiki on patients before, during and after surgery working along side doctors. Thanks but I believe I have taken a lot of initiative in my life.

*disclaimer* I am a happy, mentally healthy adult with absolutely no after effects of my parents actions, there is no need for sympathy comments. Thank you to all the people who care though. I spent my childhood watching my mother, get in my father's face, scream at him, shove him, belittle him, even slap him. My father, who had anger issues. Every time he would literally say "Get away from me before something bad happens to you." "Get away from me before I kick your ass " "Don't try and act like a man because you ain't one." And every single time she would get louder and tell him to do it, and he'd snap and hit her, sometimes he'd just slap her, sometimes he'd beat her so bad that 5, 6, 7 year old me would literally have to get involved. And every time afterwards she would come to us, her little kids and talk about how much of a monster he was, like yeah he's a monster BACK THE FUCK UP THEN! At the very least don't literally tell him "Do it then!" She would literally say things like, "I can't believe he would do that." Like seriously mom, he's done it every week since as far back as I can remember, what did you think was going to happen?

The worst is when you come across those women who think they're so above the law they can say you should never hit a woman while being a woman who abuses her boyfriend on a daily basis. I have seen women like this. They, punch, and slap around their boyfriends, laugh about it, and say it's a joke. I'll say it now, and I don't care who disagrees with me, or how ridiculously late I am on it, but if you're a woman who thinks it's okay to physically abuse men, then you should at the very least expect to get slapped at least once to see exactly how what you're doing feels.

Now, why didn't this guy I was thinking about while writing this ever hit her back? I don't know let me think, because it's been nailed into our heads that no matter what, we should just sit there and take it. Fine, it's a fact that women aren't as physically strong as men, but that doesn't mean a women's punch is so weak it's like a tap of a dog tail. That's honestly one of the most sexist things I've heard and that's saying a lot. I dislike how some women get away with abusing their partners for long periods of time and once their husband or boyfriend gets fed up and strike them once, they begin to act as the victims. Personally I would NEVER hit a person, even if they are being ridiculously rude, Ive been punched before and I never returned it. I try to deal with conflict with understanding and love. The only reason I would strike a person if my life or the lives of the people I care is in danger. Other wise in no circumstance do I find violence acceptable.

The time passed and talking about this episode she said "you tried to get into the apartment" , I know for sure that was the last thing I wanted. I once (unfortunately) saved a woman's job, because she ordered something 15 SETS of 15 of a certain item, and she would have gotten a better price if she'd ordered 9 sets of 25 or 4 sets of 50 and a 25, so I thought she didn't want 225 but just 15, and I couldn't get in contact with her at first so I delayed filling the order. When I finally contacted her after her vacation, she was working in "procurement" and read the note from the person she was procuring it for and he obviously wanted 15, not 225, but she refused to admit she made any sort of mistake. I insisted the mistake was hers and tried to communicate understanding of the nature of her mistake to her, and she got furious and demanded to speak to my manager with the intent to get me fired, and then insisted her company would never buy from mine ever again. All that as reward for me saving her job by catching her mistake. I could have just filled the order as placed, sent 225. But in exchange for me doing this thing for her benefit, she was convinced I was the bad guy, she absolutely could not acknowledge she made any sort of mistake of any kind and wanted to DESTROY the one who helped her, for suggesting she wasn't perfect. That's women. That's what they do.

This is why I love Bill Burr as a comedian so much. He does not go out in front of an audience and suck their ass and try to be best friends with them. He doesn't stick to soft topics that get easy laughs. He tackles a huge issue, which has some grey area and is touchy and uncomfortable, gives his honest opinion on it. Backs it up with examples, logic and reason. He then often loses the crowd for a little bit, but is almost always able to win the bulk of them back, if not all of them. What he is saying here is absolutely spot on. You should not hit a woman, absolutely not. I would never in my life. But to sit there and suggest that there has never been a time where a woman has done anything to remotely deserve a slap, it's absolutely pathetic. He's spot on, with the ego that is behind that statement. To sit there and say "we never deserve to be hit" is just mind blowing to me. Of course woman do things at times that would warrant a slap.

Initially he resisted but after a while he said "For laying hand on my missus once" I couldn't believe so I asked of his side of story. He said he was going through lots of stress because of the economy. The kids were growing up quick and he wasn't saving enough to send them to private school. He said he was going through marital problems and his wife wasn't helping him with the situation. After months of passive aggressiveness from his wife, one day he just pushed her aside to avoid confrontation. The wife slipped and bumped her head on the table, got a black eye. So now he is in the middle of a divorce, had to quit his job, and get an anger management therapy just to see his kids. So I asked him why did he not tell the judge about his side of the story. He replied, "Once you lay hand on your wife, there's only one side to the story"

Obviously, this is a more spesific situation that is not related with the general violence on women issues and in no way it makes physicality justified. But oh brother, when some psycjo chick locks you in a room, yells insults at you and hits you like you are some kind of a sandbag, you find yourself thinking about 2 options. Jamaal Miller it's how the female sex is genetically constructed, the same way as to why men and women are fundamentally different. It's a recipe for disaster. And that's why humans love it.

Bill Burr is not a comedian first. He is a philosopher. He just channels it through comedy. The dude speaks truth. He acts like a stupid fuck, but everyone who follows him knows he is a very intelligent man who has great perception.

Few months ago I was hanging with some of my guys. Some chick randomly decides to start pulling on my arm with one of her friends , roughly pulling on it as if she were trying to pull it outta socket. I did what any reasonable person would do and hit her hand away. I’ll let you know that I’m only 5’7-5’8 and this girl was like 5’10. Well afterwards they came up to me and yelled at me saying “Never put your hands on a woman.” I was about this close to literally knocking some sense into their thick skulls.

You should've said "please, don't touch my arm, no is no, right? You need my consent" cuz that's what they preach too. Playing with their own cards

It's common manners not to hit anyone at all, you shouldn't be trying to tell that women should be able to be hit, it should be, men can't be hit either. Be polite.

He's not saying that women should be able to be hit, he's saying that even though you shouldn't do it, there are plenty of reasons why someone would do it.

You're completely right, but the problem is women have gotten used to being protected by this victim complex that makes it ok for them to do/say anything and not have to worry about the consequences because physical attacks from men against women are seen as unjustifiable regardless of what the woman has done.

dragonforce525 I completely agree on that. It is a place of exploitation that must be stopped. But no one should be hit by another unless there is a valid reason, regardless of gender.

If I may give you guys a tip... When a woman bothers you, use your grip on her arm. Often they tent to forget that you are way stronger than them. The grip makes them remember and they usually back off. You dont have to hit. scaring them works pretty well

***** What, using force and implied threats of physical damage to assert dominance over someone who you know ('cause I don't think Chartoise is refering to strangers) because they're "bothering you"? Nah, I guess that's just any healty relationship's example of good communication.

***** Even so, isn't it fucked up to reciprocate violence? If someone's being aggressive, responding with aggression should be the LAST resort, not just something you do to remind people who's in charge.

Door28 Have you ever been in a relationship? It seems as you have NO real life experience with it. What you say is theory.. In theory it should work the way you say it. Like, good communication and stuff. But there are certain situation where you're past that point of communication. Then you are under attack... And it's hard to deal with that situation... Because on the one side you want to fight back, but you can't because she's a woman... and on the other side you don't want to crawl up in the phoetus position and let yourself be man handled. The arm squeeze is the middle way. It is an effective way of showing you're not taking it and that you are not a weakling.

When I was in high school my buddy went out with this girl and she wasn’t good to him. If he didn’t drop anything and everything for her she would freak out on him. It all culminated in her telling him to kill himself when he was in a depression slump. She was stupid enough to do this in front of me and all his and her friends. My closed fist met her face before I realized it, I thought I was in sooo much shit until my friend thanked me.
