It’s no secret that tight lats can seriously affect your overhead position for a lot of movements like pull ups and overhead press.
So here are the best ways to open up your lats and some awesome tricks you can implement right away!

Use your breath
Focus on one side at a time before doing both arms together
Have a wiggle!
These tricks will help you gain more range of motion where most people just get stuck!
