That’s one thing that I never understood about the league until I got older, teams would rather have a character guy at the end of the bench than give a roster spot to a hothead that has three fold the talent.

It's a tough balance between accepting your role and demanding more (I'd guess)

Because character(Good Bad or Questionable)is WHO YOU ARE..... On AND Off the court Your talent(bball or any other sport) is shown in a controlled setting wether it be practice or game time. Look @ it this way; The old adage of who came to pay their respects @ your funeral.... Are they there because of your character? Or talent(s)?

Tommy didn’t have a ego or bad attitude though

More bored than bad attitude his name rang bells since we was kids. How many people stay in the top 40 or better since they was in elementary or so.

DeAndre Jordan is a great example. Outstanding point.

I watched him in his lone season at OU, and couldn’t believe he was declaring for the draft. There really wasn’t anything in his game that showed he could play at the next level. It also didn’t help that the team struggled despite having decent enough talent to at least make some noise (Willie Warren, Tiny Gallon).

I been telling you to do him for a couple years now. Lol somebody finally got thru to you tho . Injuries derailed my bro career the most tho . Without injuries it was no bad decision that would have stopped him from getting into the league . My legit first cousin, and backcourt partner for years. Im on a lot of these highlights you posted . Great video tho , you should do Tak minor or Raymond pen next

Crazy part is even after all of this Tommy still could’ve made it tot the league he really just lost his love for the sport. We workout to be good nobody teaches you about the business and that becomes the frustrating part
