I love this song I play it just a little different than Clapton. Cause the chords he uses are unfamiliar too me. But what beautifull song. Not just the melody but the words as well. I'm sure they will meet again in heaven.

A lot of beautiful songs are created from deep grieve. Loss, grieve and pain give rise to the most transforming pieces of art and help other people to heal their pain. Eric Clapton wrote this inspiring song with his very soul. His sense of loss regarding his four year old son, Connor, and the tremendous and enduring love Eric still has for Connor is profound. I think "Tears In Heaven" is the most beautiful song that Eric has ever written and one of the most beautiful songs ever written. And Tommy and Igor have created a wonderful rendition of Tears In Heaven for a new generation.

Ha!!! My thoughts exactly. I've listened to both Tommy & Phil play live around Coffs Harbour (NSW North Coast of Australia) & while it was nice at the time, my guitar ended-up back in the case & under the bed, such was the effect it had on me. BTW I'm liking Igor's guitar style too. Thanks gents.

I saw Tommy with Frank Vignola and Vinny Raniolo back in June. They were awe inspiring, even better than when Tommy first came here last year on his own. I'd love to see him and Igor come to town and do a couple of sets. :)

I hope and pray that my father is still alive when I am at my 40s, so we can still do more jammings with our guitars. I love the moment when we both sing and play a guitar. Such a genuine love and happiness between a Dad and a Son :) I love you Pa! I am now 26. Living on my own. Married, but without kids yet; Hopefully soon :) and my Dad is 50.

Well Igor is obviously not even close to the level of Tommy Emmanuel. TE is probably the best guitarist this world has seen so far. Igor does make nice covers, but is not on the top level like TE, Andy McKee, even Django Reinhardt or Chet Atkins.

Igor is more famous? Maybe to the general public, but not to guitar players. I can't believe anyone would hit an unlike button. They are great players. Better than any of the shredders on the top 10 lists. Any guitarist can get faster and throw out a bunch of meaningless notes. These guys make every note part of a whole story.

I was listening to Tommy and Igor play this truly amazing song with such grace and perfection and decided to read some of the comments posted below....I can't believe the disrespect and crudeness that is posted on here.
