Awesome, give it 6 months of doing them and you’ll be unstoppable 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 Let me know how you find this one. A good chance to go a little heavier and have some longer rest intervals.

Ye I know what you mean. I think people just go to gym sometimes to either be around people, or get away from people at home. Very little exercise going on! Keep it up 💪🏼

I love Barbell workouts!! I started doing that 20 minute one with 5 min amrap at the end 3 X a week.

No I think the beginning is fabulous and the amrap. Also 20 minutes is a great time for me. I am 61 years old lady 🤣 using barbells. Not extremely heavy but I am getting better. On 13 kilo total now. Will move up slowly to avoid injury again. But thank you 🙏

@@TomPetoTraining I have one 8 pound medicine ball. There is a store in the US called Five Below and they sell them for $5. That’s the only reason I have it but an affiliate link for you to get everyone to get one would be a great thing! Noelle

Great workout, after my CrossFit box closed and I am training from home I really lost it on strength so these ones come in handy. Did it with 145lbs first, 125lbs second and 65lbs third section (odd weights as I used my wife’s Olympic barbell as it was already set up 😅)

This is a good one to start on if you have a rack as transitions between exercises are a bit longer. If not any of the others should be fine also.

@@FFFFF157 do 3-4 workouts a week if possible. You could do this 2 out of the 3-4 but probs best to mix in some others. Have a look through my barbells playlist to see what else you like that look of. 💪🏼
