I remember these days , jaffa cake livery 4 ceps, newly refurbished too. I got a cab on one of the last Hastings units up to charing Cross and back in about April 1985 ish just b4 electrification . I live in Hastings now and use this line often . Now electrostars 375 s .-bud the painter-

And the old oil tanker siding beside the up line . I remember the oil trains trundling into there with an ED 73 in charge .

Hiya, was this video filmed in the 1980s? It looks as if it was filmed a long time ago as there are slam door trains. I love looking at these.
