Esoulbike denies waranty on my tsdz2 due to "heavy rain". How is this possible? It is rate ip65. It only lasted me 4 months in city use before it broke due to water ingress.

I like the system so far. The shown spacer (time 1:01) would be great to have with the motor. Was not in my set - I ordered some standard DIN 988 Passscheibe 35x45x2,5 - works well!

I need information on what diameter the fit on the frame hub is. the length is 68 to 73 but what is the exact diameter?

what is acceptable endplay and how do you shim for excessive end play. I have .035 and all kinds of clicking noise coming from chainring side of motor.

What are the assist level percentages in each mode? Is ECO 50% of pedal force, or more? How about TOUR, SPORT, TURBO?

I like the torque sensor. I use an E-bike equipped with this sensor. The sensor is highly sensitive. When I'm stopped and place my feet on the pedals, the motor will engage the moment it feels that the weight of my foot is resting on the pedals.

I have a bike with v-brakes. Does this motor have a sensor when I brake? Or how does it works when I brake, because of course I would not like that motors pushes on when I start braking?
