true! I experienced this with my mentor. She would call me out and most conversations we had left me in tears at the realization of how right she was about my behavior. Facing oneself is painful if your behavior has been toxic and immature. But I was and still am determined to change and be my best self. The last guy I was with, I called him out on everything and was appalled at his behavior because of the position he holds in church. But.... If no one ever hold you accountable, you can go through life thinking you're ok. Which is sad, because it could mean one of two things, no one loved you enough to check you, or they did and you didn't listen! Well buddy, with me you're going to show visible signs of improvement or I'm out! And that's exactly what happened. I'm not playing games with grown folks. You better grow some fruit man of God!

Well the question you gotta ask yourself was did you let anything slide? You show a man how to treat you by what you ACCEPT. If you let your child get away with something once, best believe they will turn around and do it again even after you say no. Say no the first time and every time, they will understand the word “NO.” Men only act foolish to see what you will put up with cause all the girls before you let him do whatever he pleases. This video is about being the woman he would change and become his best self for. And you have to follow all 4 things. In my experience listening to a man and supporting being his #1 supporter while at the same time knowing your worth and making sure he respects you fully and holding him accountable for everything cause you could walk out that door and find better than the way he is treating you but doing it in a feminine way and not argumentatively. He learns how to respect a woman and not seeing you as a doormat. Never talk to a man like you’re his mother. For example, when I’m mad my boyfriend is spending too much money and we are barely making end meet I say, “we need money for such and such” and I let him figure it out Cause he is a grown man. He got it. But if I called him lazy, or talk down and start an argument all it does is make him disrespect me because it shows I don’t support and believe in him to be a provider. All you have to do is be patient and time will tell. What the video doesn’t mention is that there are a lot of boys out there who are not men. I’ve dated dozens of men by age but only 2 of those men were grown men. Look at his character towards you. How he treats you at the beginning(first 2-3 months) shows you EVERYTHING. And whatever bad behavior you accept from him is on you. Look out for you. You’re the prize. 💕

Ive finally got the love that you have for your wife. He wasn't a believer when we met but when he saw how dedicated i was to not having sex before marriage because of my life for the lord, he became interested. I didnt have to do a single thing for him to be attracted to me. He said im the first girl who didnt give up my body right away. He also shows all the signs that u listed that a man is in love with you. We are taking it day by day but im doing things the right way this time. Thank you so much for teaching me things I've never known about. My love life has turned around 360 since ive been watching you. I feel so unconditionally loved, the way i love everyone else.

I have a question. How do males and females bond with each other? I don't see how men and women can bond (especially romantically) with each other. Men and women think very differently from each other. I heard that lesbian relationships are healthier because they understand each other. If both partners understand each other, they won’t want to break up with each other. I also heard that women have higher rates of depression when married (in straight relationships). There is a very small percent of women that are happy in heterosexual relationships. So it's very hard for men and women to bond with each other and have a strong bond with each other. Both men and women think differently, behave differently, react in a different way. The more similar two people are, the easier it is to relate and understand each other, resulting in a better, more fulfilling connection. I also read somewhere that even with the divorce rates what they are, most heterosexual marriages that don't end in divorce are still unhappy, and can absolutely relate to experiencing significantly more depression while married than while single.

Truth, Sir...TRUTH!!! I am newly engaged to a man I met for the 1st time Ever on July 27th! We attended the same high school 6 years apart. He is my junior. We are both established (each owning our own home/cars), and each have grown children. He "knew" 2 months in and proposed to me on Sweetest day (October 19th) in front of both our families. We are in marriage counseling and are getting married in April 2020! My point is this...when a man "knows" he has found THAT ONE...he moves Quickly and on purpose to ensure No one else is an option for her! If a man doesn't know...then it's a "NO", ladies! He should be pursing You, not the other way around! Blessings, A~🦋

I agree with Venus Unlocked! Respect has little to do with your financial status. In fact, having money of your own might make him even more disrespectful. A woman who will leave with nothing in her packet is a very dangerous woman because she not only has respect for herself but the determination to make it happen. He knows if his woman has to walk out of his house like that and with his children she's gone! As the Psalmist said, I've never seen the righteous forsaken or the begging for bread! God will prove!

It’s definitely shameful and I was embarrassed for years about it. I am finally getting to the point where I will allow no one to do as they please with me and that’s family friends or guys. I am not happy with who I’ve been but definitely happy with who I’m becoming. I had a problem with hurting other people, but they had no problem with hurting me. A clear example of not loving myself. I didn’t understand what self love was. I was always taught to love others, but never taught to love myself and in all actuality like I guess I wasn’t really loving them.

Very good sir. I must admit I wasn’t going to watch this at first thinking “What do I need to know about this if it’s aimed at women?” It’s great to hear a man articulate what a man needs from our perspective and it be much deeper than the typical things you noted like back rubs. It’s true, holding a man accountable makes him realize that everything he thinks and does affects the life of his partner, their relationship and how they’ll move in any regard.

I use to think that cooking, cleaning, and giving him bomb sex but I learned that the hard way. I just find it crazy how a woman got raised like this. I gotta admit I don’t have enough self love working on that. I’ve been sexually abused, hurt, mistreated, abandoned heartbreak after heartbreak cheated on multiple times. I yelled and screamed fighting in a war defending myself like why they treating me like that I don’t deserve that. I deserve to be loved cared for and to get treated right... I couldn’t be supportive cuz I got betrayed by a man that I once loved. So many wrong people for me it’s crazy but I know that’s probably what I attracted they probably see my pain from miles away. Hi Lina, I think advertising played the culprit in woman acting this way. When was the last time any model was full figured (other than full-figured clothing)? Women sell themselves for money and the average Jane feels she doesn't measure up and takes the crap a guy dishes out. Also, we don't teach young women how to have values. Abstinence is looked down on except in churches. Bring Home Ec. back as manditory.

While it's guardians primary job to discipline there is a nuances to the type of 'discipline' perhaps for a lack of a better word that partners can bring to each other. This is the realest video I've ever watched. It actually had me in tears. My husband and I have been together since the age of 17 and at 43 we're getting divorced. Listening to this and relating it to my own life....I can say as young as I was when we started and coming from an abusive childhood, I just wanted "love" and he "loved" me and I accepted what he gave. I didnt know any better. No one taught me this msg. In recent years of seeking therapy, I just started loving mySELF. This just makes so much sense to me. Not to give him any type of pass, but I did not hold him accountable. All the things he "did" to me, I am just as responsible. As much as I thought I was "supporting" him, I realize I was supporting his behavior. God bless you for your messages.

This is so helpful and powerful. I can see the mountains that many women have to climb when traumatized broken relatives including our fathers, uncles, brothers ect... cross the line with us and then somehow in the dysfunction we have to find our inner strength as to not repeat what is familiar when we have no clue about appropriate boundaries, red flags or healthy behaviors. At the end of day we still hold the power.

I've been on this journey with TGs advice for a while now and being direct with people is LIFE! I won't settle for nothing in this life and I'm living & loving the peace I've gained. Live life for you ladies not a man. He has step up if he wants to be in your life. Traveling and enjoying life with people I love has been amazing! When God sees fit to add my soulmate I'm ready. Shouldn't no woman accept disrespect. You are worthy Queen. Heal your heart and give the love you're giving to that ungrateful man to yourself. Love pCe & blessings ❤💫

Amen to your quality advice. I am praying 🙏 for a Christian husband of exceptional spirit because Daniel 6:3 says Daniel was a man of exceptional spirit because I am grooming myself to be a Christian woman of noble character Proverbs 31:10-31 my man has to know and help me learn about bible prophesy because the pastors in Adelaide South Australia are purposely not teaching it! Churches here have become entertainment centres but I am listening to Major Amir Tsfarti and Pastor Jack Hibbs and their associated pastors who are teaching bible prophesy God bless you and your family and work love from Wendy Drummond from Adelaide South Australia
