Love your videos man, straight to the point, great clear advice. Do you have any thoughts on different round timing for cardio sake? Example, I like to do 10 rounds 1:00 on :15-:20 breaks. Or 2:00 on :30 breaks.

Great video as always. I haven't trained in years, but I always practiced having loose relaxed hands until impact. This helps with speed immensely, and it also helps with kinetic linking. I think of it as "be like water" as Bruce Lee said. Water can FLOW and it can CRASH. Keeping loose until impact allows you to flow more, and crash harder.
@bobjamaica90452 жыл бұрын
Yea and it allows you to break your hand too… if a guy ducks into your loose hand and you crash those fragile bones into their forehead you won’t be trying that again..
@subvertedworld2 жыл бұрын
@@bobjamaica9045 It doesn't mean you don't make a fist, you just don't clench down until contact. Punching someone's forehead, especially on the street with no gloves can break your hand, whether you're clenching it or not. You will see what I'm talking about all day long in MMA fights with top fighters.

Jab with left moving the back foot behind the main foot this will give you a more powerful jab but not by much and you are setting up the cross, now move your body down on your back foot and snap the cross, it’s extremely powerful as a one two and can be excused moving forward, back, to the left or right, you can also use the side step to set up hooks after out moving your opponent.
