I’d like to see some footwork tricks in action from you too…

Hi Tony, I really appreciate your videos. I started boxing about six months ago. I’m a taller guy (195cm/6”5) with quite long arms. In sparring this means I often just run my jab with the occassional straight right hand. It’s a bit scary for me to get closer for a hook or uppercut, because this means I’m within my opponents range :) any advice??

Same problem. My advice, go with someone ur confortable with and spend time going super light in the pocket just to get used to seeing the punches coming.

I was the typical kid who got inspired by movies and tried it out on the playground and the streets. But when I saw a recording of myself i looked like a scarecrow made of straw trying to fight back a gentle breeze. Then i started following this guy and now when I look at myself i can't believe i actually look decent.
