These are amazing tutorials. Are you using a drawing tablet or the mouse? If you're using a drawing tablet, how do you zoom in so smooth like that? I am looking for something like zooming in Photoshop or TVPaint.

I am using a drawing tablet! I'm not sure what you mean by smooth zooming? But that could be because I'm using my TourBox to navigate around. It has a dial for zooming in and out. :)

When bending the elbow more than 100 degree in bone deformer it is cracking in toon boom harmony how to eliminate this please make a video on it, if make a complete character design wih bone deformation and IK it will be a good lesson for us to learn.

Thanks for this video tutorial, i found that In toon boom harmony when I am filling the color inside a circle shape in the line layer it is filled correctly ,but when cut the color by selecting from line layer and paste in the colour layer it overlap on the line layer and the line lookes thinner, how fix it so the colour shouldn't overlap on the line, please reply

If you right click on the fill shape, you can select Arrange > Send To Back. This is happening because the fill goes to the center of the pencil line stroke, which if it has any thickness, will cover up half of that thickness because anything pasted will always go in front. A suggestion could be using the paint bucket with the same color may be easier, depending on what you're trying to do. Hope this helps! :)
