Hard to feed yourself when your country has continually been forced to sell its valuable resources for 5% of the market price with a European sponsored President that will just be replaced by another when overthrown or go to war with an apparent under-armed military. It’s not easy to ask people to choose between brutal war against Europe and America for a chance at freedom or a better chance at survival but living in poverty with little to no chance to move up the socioeconomic ladder as a country. These people are not incapable, they have been unfairly plotted against, extorted, and militarily forced for centuries. Anyone put in the same position would have trouble prevailing just the same. Israel itself is stolen from the Palestinian people by European and American backed forces.

It's never easy to have a United States of Africa For a few simple reasons 1) so many different languages to deal with first, meaning if at all it ever happened it still entails continuing the few languages of colonizers at that level while discarding our own including our cultures unless otherwise identified at state level 2) Lack of cooperation at region level, unless we first begin to cooperate at this level by removing trade barriers, movement of our people freely and the choice to settle in neighboring and transfer of our investment without hindrance and recognition of each other's identity cards and not passports, unless we overcome these,we can not achieve a United African state 3) The same can be said of the Africa free continental trading area or whatever it's called,how can you trade at that level when you can't trade freely and farley at regional level? It the FACTA is infact not for the benefit of most African states,it must be noted members have agreements with others countries outside the continent this entails these states will bring in products from their trading partners outside the continent only to be dumped on member states Africa there by affecting the revenue collection of weaker states who are net importers and exporters this will hamper development of any upcoming industry in these states. In a nutshell a United States of Africa shall forever remain a pipe dream, infact there must be compelling reasons as to why our leaders really want a United States of Africa,is it for purpose of amassing power? fighting poverty ? For the status quo is the best,we stay independent states as it were but able to cooperate with each other. 2
