I also love a peachy or a slightly neutral highlight - I think I’m more neutral - I’m ginger and my skin is milk bottle and burns but yet warmer tones suit me best. A bright white/silver or a true gold is too much either way on even very pale skin sometimes. I did get the Fenty Diamond Bomb after seeing it on you though and it’s perfect - no real undertone. Having said that even cool toned pinks are also great! I didn’t enjoy that Rare Beauty highlighter though - I found it had a bit of a cast and increased texture without being a truly ethereal glow from space. Thank you for all of your content, I often wake up to it in the UK and then do my makeup while I listen!

I still use MAC lightscapede as a highlighter. I love it on me as it has a good light base and a soft glow. Soft & Gentle is too warm and brown on me. Lightscapede is always a good and safe bet for me, no matter the blush I used.

I loved this video! I do have fare skin but my face tends to get a lot of reddnes, so it doesn't look like it often. And that's why I like my highlighters with a little more color to them. I love the Catrice More than Glow ones and the Dior Backatage Glow face palette in 04 Rose Gold (is great even for finishing an eye look, for the iner eye corner or the browbone). You are right about how some people think about the How Many Carats from Fenty, to me it also looks like it has more sparkles that anything else and I want to use it, but I don't know why I never do. I also have the Killawatt one (same one) but I find that I prefer to use the Diamond Bomb all-over diamond veil ones 'cause they're so pretty! (Rose Rave, Royal Icing and Cognac Candy for the win 😁)

I don't think I have tried the Diamond Veil ones from Fenty. Are those the new ones with the single pan?

@@FloatinginDreams those aren't a new eddition. I've had them for about 2 years, maybe more. They are single pan and funny enough, on the website of Fenty, are listed together with How Many Carats.

i love so much intense highlighter (really shiny), i bought the catrice one (space glam) and the one from essence, meta glow, love it. I don't use contouring neither bronzer (not a fan), but i like the highlighter that you can use as eyeshadow (and vice versa, i used the catrice highlighting shadow which is champagne-silver-white color, love it, it goes well on me, i think that i might be cool undertone) because i don't really like to use too much colors on my eyes (i do it on my lips xD and a bit on my cheeks)

If you haven't tried Carli Bybel's highlights, I can't recommend them enough for a blinding glitter free wet shine!! I live under a rock so had barely heard of her until seeing an announcement on Trendmood abt her brand and I was excited to try her highlight as the line has an icy white shade for my very fair skintone, a rarity now. I was floored by the swatch alone and when applied, it just melts into the skin and looks amazing. It can be applied lightly but it's really more of a blinding look!

I have a strong cool undertone and while I like the Rare Beauty Enlighten shade, I can't take the copious amount of micro-glitter. For a neutral/cool champagne (no warmth), I prefer Charlotte Tilbury Moonlight, Give Me Glow White Noise and Pretty Vulgar Glimmers of BS (a horribly stupid name). I do love Dior Pink Glow and my other pink favorites are ColourPop Spotlight, Nars Capri (sadly the entire line is discontinued), JD Glow Cold Azz Ice, Tom Ford Rose Irisee (limited edition), JCat Bella Rose and Becca Pure Pearl (also discontinued). I still wear cool toned white shades like Becca Pearl (my all time holy grail), Sydney Grace Prism, ColourPop Cold One (more neutral than cool) and Carli Bybel's Little Star - I've never watched her but saw her brand launch announcement on IG and wanted to try the white highlight. The formula is stunning, easy to customize the glow and glitter free so just a wet shine! I do prefer a more subtle highlight at times but I always wear it.
