I've been doing walking deep lunges, they've worked my legs harder than any squat I've done, and they seem to be making my injured knee stronger, I do reccomend when you go on a walk to also do lunges.

What a great video. I have been working out for 4 years now and I really need to work on removing the love birds and lower chest fat. Not only that but regaining my pull up reps for my upper body workout. But hey great video no matter what, I came to your videos to learn something new but also trying new exercises. Keep this up! I can recommend the Calisthenic Movement's Home Workout program. It's really good, it helped me gain more upper body strength that I've ever had (I've never trained with weights because I didn't need that for my martial arts training).

Base bars are for those inexperience with pull ups it's inexpensive easy to assembled and a space saver I'd highly recommend buying it as your first piece of home equipment

Not every day, i suggest 3-4 days a week, but it really depends on how hard you do these exercises and how many sets in total (volume per week).

Advice for older folks, like me, be very careful with push ups, you can easily hurt your shoulders. Work your way up to the full push up. Shoulder injuries take a while to heal.

Very nice, but I'm surprised not to find pull-ups of some form. Pull-ups seem like an essential exercise to be able to pull up the body (as out of danger). Mark Lauren suggests using a strong door and putting a towel around the tip and doing them. Or just buy a chin up bar. But I understand these are very difficult for many, so an assist strap is necessary, so I guess it's a bit too complicated!

B 67 soon wkn out since 1995..now doin .5 sets 50 reps bb bak squats off rack. 50pct bdy wght 2022 did 173 wkouts over 41k squats .full up bdy every 3..4 days .17sets total .p bar dips.fl dips etc..
