In fact not only should she get the same punishment that the man would get when she makes her false allegation she should have to permanently register as a sex offender.
@Baldur452
@Baldur452 2 жыл бұрын
The problem with your way of thinking is the shaky process to proof rape and who the culprit was. In some cases the truth never gets found out, which means you would put a raped woman into prison and have them register as sex offenders a lot of times. This would lead to even less woman trying to get justice and would lead to even more men getting away with rape. If the process to find the truth in rape cases would be 100% reliable, then I'd agree with your statement. Sadly that's not the case.

10:22 I don't doubt those numbers, and there are a lot of entitled men out there; but that may not be the whole story (numbers and stats can be manilapted). Maybe it has to do with the 'regret having that last piece of cake' syndrome. Meaning concent given, regret after (the shouldn't have had that extra piece of cake) and the accusation will make it so the guilt is gone, since the 'do over' erases the regret/previous concent given then society will give not negatively lable her but sympathize. Maybe not even purposely and not even realizing it. Note: Incidents of male abuse by a female partner are way up, but nobody talks about that because it doesn't fit the society accepted norms.

Here is a feedback. It will be long and it will be brutal in its honesty. Myth 1. If we take money out of the picture the average guy has nothing that makes him attractive for women. If he is not in the top 2% to 20% of manhood (depending on the womans standards) money and power is all the lower value man can bring to the table. If this counts for nothing the majority of men has a problem. Myth 2. When she is around ovulation, and thats when it counts, a woman will prefer a different type of man. A more masculine man, an Alpha male of some sorts. This IS biology and originates from the oldest part of our brain. Myth 3. Women absolutly care about looks and good genes. Over 6 feet tall is THE main criteria women select for in dating apps. No amount of grooming will make a 5 foot man attractive for the average woman. Myth 4. Why do so many men belive this? Thats the important question here. And the answer is. Because it is true! FOR THEM! Remember myth 1? At least 80% of men are considered unattractive by women. Attraction is not a choice! These men only know transactional sex and have no idea an attractive man gets sex from women without having to pay for it in any way shape or form. He is just attractive and the woman feels genuine desire and wants his member inside her and have his babies. 80% of men are not in this position and never were. Thats why they think women like sex less. Because it is less painful than to realize women dont like sex WITH THEM. Myth 5 if a woman is with a 2nd class male and has the chance to bed a top tier guy...of course she will LOVE CASUAL SEX with the alpha. Myth 6. There is scientific evidence that the more sex partners a woman had, the less stable a long time relationship such as a marriage will be. It is just a fact. In particular if the person worried about her past is a man out of the 80%. In that case chances are she had better men in her past and he will never be as good. And she knows it. Myth 7. It is competition. And one competition many men on the lower end will not win. Women who are using toys have a baseline and a man has to be better than their toy. Most men are not. Myth 8. True enough. But if a woman has had a relationship when she had ALL her sensitive spots stimulated during intercourse by a good lover and then comes Bart with is about average member and his average around 5 minutes stamina, thats one unhappy woman right there. Myth 9. Depends on the definition of what rape is. This definition has changed in the past 50 years considerably. I will leave it at that. Myth 10. Feminists want equality of outcome. And that means more power to a certain group, in this case the sisterhood. Equality of opportunity is a very different beast.

Sadly, I have to challenge your argument that women don't lie about rape. I have personal experience with the most horrifying stories, both that happened to me, and to a number of men I know. Including someone who can't see his own daughter because his Ex has made up that he was abusing HER. Despite the fact that multiple psychiatrists, psychologists, etc who said that the Ex has coached the young daughter to say this horrible thing. So, I understand people's nervousness about going out to have relationships. There's a lot of awful people out there (men and women).

Thank you for sharing. The false claims, yep it's real and it happens. Shameful its not equal penalty/prison time for liars. Called the BAR three times trying to get a slander/liable attorney, received three referrals. Not one call back, moved on. Percentages mean nothing until it happens to you. Won't go into details on that one other than the case can stay pending for life. Do your percentage numbers include pending cases?

I have a friend who always talks about women's fake accusations. He's totally afraid of it. But sadly, a fake accusation can cause problems. I think a lot of men just feel like the initial problems of a fake accusation, even if it is proven later to be fake, is just not worth it, so they are more reluctant to approach women at work or somewhere they might see them more than once.

I have a friend that went to jail just because his girlfriend acused him of assault, even tough she thratened him of doing it cause she knew nothing would happen to her. The bitch was a psycho. Luckily for him, he just spent the night in the jail and nothing worse happened. As for the girl? even though it was proved to be fake, nothing happened to her, as she bragged about prior to lying to the police. I understand that this fear is no reason to isolate oneself and never meeting another woman, but I can't say I don't understand the fear that certain men have about it as well, specially if they don't have luck with relationships on a regular basis. Why risk even more? Complicated times for sure.

The biggest fear isnt necessarily that you will be falsely accused. It is that if two people are drunk , the male "intent" is lawful but the female "consent" us unable to be given. So the guy in 100% of cases where alcohol is involved is committing r-pe. "let's go get some drinks" ahh no. thanks I dont want to be in that situation regardless of if she will accuse or not.. the law and society see it as wrong. So no alco sex at all

Regarding Myth #1 Any statement that uses the term "only" has a high likelihood of being false or partially false. In that sense, Myth #1 is a myth. On the other hand, psychologists have long said that women are attracted to power just as men are attracted to beauty. Personally, I think that women are really drawn to self-confidence which is acting as a proxy for power just as our beauty standards are largely a proxy for health and fertility. Either way, using "only" may turn this statement into a myth, but the basic idea behind this one isn't a myth. I think women are still drawn to power, and money is a kind of power and another proxy for power. As another piece of evidence in this discussion, I've read articles about professional women being frustrated because they've reached some high level of achievement and are frustrated that they can't find a relationship with a high-achieving man. They see the change to having a majority of college graduates being female as some huge step forward in social evolution, but then they get frustrated when their college degree doesn't lead to them finding a man with at least an equal college degree. They fail to understand that their college degrees and career advancements don't impress men as much as men's similar achievements impress women. They think that tens of thousands or years of human evolution (maybe hundreds of thousands depending on what point one wants to say that the current human mindset began evolving) will change in a few decades because that's the latest fad in thoughts about relationships. That they are frustrated that they can't find similar high-achieving men is evidence that human instincts haven't changed (and may never change). When you throw "only" into the statement, you get a myth, but that doesn't change the basic truth. Regarding Myth #2 See the explanation for Myth #1. People may change in the coming decades and centuries, but the notion that tens of thousands of years, maybe hundreds of thousands of years, of evolution has changed that much in a few decades isn't plausible. Even the parts about steadiness, reliability, and changing light bulbs goes back to the traditional view of family structure. The genetic component to mating may or may not seem as important, but people aren't completely different from what they were a few decades ago. Regarding Myth #3 Your explanation seems to support the myth more than dispel the myth. In the extreme, the notion that women don't care about appearance is wrong, but that gets back to how words like "only" make any statement unlikely to be true. Women are looking at appearance, but your explanation supports the idea that women are looking at appearance differently. I heard nothing that changes my mind that women are looking for different indicators when they look at appearance.

Ive been following you for a long time and I really like what you have to say and appreciate the love and respect you have for men. The only caveat is that not all women think like you and are as understanding as you and have put in the work themselves to get passed their own issues like you have. As A Man I have been adversely effected by certain radical beliefs of the movement and women incorrectly passing judgement or in some cases my good name as a result. How would you say I handle issues like that because as I told someone the other day I'm not the enemy but if you want me to be one you're doing a real good job of making me one... All that aside As a Man I have gotten alot of confidence and self respect for myself as a result of watching your videos and other women's like you. I have never heard nor do I believe that women don’t care about looks, that was new to me. A man has to have something to attract a woman. He can be the greatest lover in the world, but if he can’t get women to give him a try, they will never know. Unfortunately the things that initially attract others in our society are Looks, Money, Fame and Power. I’m not talking about long term relationships, just initial attraction. But if you don’t get initial attraction, you don’t get casual sex. If you don’t get past initial attraction, you don’t get long term relationships. If you freely give love, support and empathy you don’t get casual sex either, just a lot of heartbreak. This is all based on my personal experience and observation, but it seems really accurate to me.

It depends from who are looking for what. Woman can look for just sex, just money, just relation or just child - exactly like guy. Everyone look for someone depending from actual needs. It’s all about attraction - that’s why woman wear makeup and guys should work on his intellectual area because mostly woman’s are “looking for” brain 🧠 Of course not all like guys not always want intelligent girl but sometimes just sexy 4 year of psychology on sexuality

Really? Of all my buddies in university the one who was getting the most play with women was a guy named Dan. Dan looked like Richard Depardue, who is objectively un-handsome. Dan was kind of tall, and sort of lumpy bumpy, and he had a charming smile, but weird face. He was out every night and was dating at least a couple of women at any given time, because he was charming, and smart, and funny, and confident and he genuinely loved spending time with women, including platonically. Dan was broke, he was raised by a single mother who was disabled so he had no car, no flashy job, no designer clothes...nothing, but his wit and charm. I am pretty sure that many of his lady friends could absolutely tell he was a sex god (apparently true according to a number of first hand witnesses), from talking with him. He never rushed anyone, he was never a pig and he did not brag about his successes in the boudoir. He didn't take them on fancy dates, because he couldn't afford to. I suspect you have given up without a=even trying. I am a middle aged gay woman who is recently single after a 20 year relationship. I am not extraordinarily good looking, I am not rich, I live well below my means so there is nothing special about my home (rental) and my car (15 years old) or any other outside markers. I ask lots of women out and about half of them agree to a date and of those dates about half of those turn into a casual sexual thing, some of which have been going on for months, and the rest fizzle out quickly. I point this out because my potential dating pool is small (~5% of the population are lesbians) and I manage to get laid multiple times a week by different women. If I can do it, anyone can. It isn't about looks, it is about your texting and conversational/first date game which is what will get you a kiss if you click. Once you kiss them, they will ascertain, at least subconsciously, whether or not they believe you will be a good lover or potential partner if that is what they are looking for. As a middle-aged lesbian I am good at sex, I do not struggle to satisfy my partners and they know that from kissing me. Women love orgasms as much as men do, and they will pursue you if they think you will satisfy them and respect them at the same time...

And that there are sufficient examples supporting them cannot be denied. So if men are gun-shy, it’s not without reason and it’s not simply making excuses. Hey CV. Glad you are back as enjoy much of the material you provide! I'm sorry but I feel it necessary to point out many fallacies in this video. You have value coaching men (among all your other values) because you are a female and try to help men through your experiences. But you can only see the world through your lens. If you created a venn diagram of your skills, attitude, age, education, where you live etc, the intersection between you and all women would be small. I am not going to bother looking up stats but being college educated, being able to provide your own money, living an urban lifestyle, your age, not having to feel shame due to parents or religion etc makes you and your experiences the exception, not the rule. Many rural women and even urban are not college educated nor are able to make a living and look specifically for money to provide security. Many women are older than you, have gone through the change and require a lot of effort to overcome a lack of interest in sex. Many women may be looser based on babies or other factors and while they could do pelvic floor exercises to increase elasticity they do not for some reason. If you understand math or are a professional gambler, you have to look at even 10% of women lying about rape means a 1 in 10 chance of being ruined permantly. (I feel for you since this clearly directly affects you.) The risk vs. reward of a one night stand is not a risk many men will take. While I've been married a while, when dating i made sure we had a bond, understanding, and could read her well and wait EVEN if she said yes the first date or meeting. I actually lost potential gfs due to this or saying no when a drunk gf literally begged for sex when she was wasted despite telling me when sober she was not ready. Many women don't enjoy sex as much as men due to social shame or religious beliefs. I have even had to teach gfs how to have orgasms through masturbation just so they were even able to enjoy having sex with me. As far as toys, I will fully agree. Men should not be intimidated by them. If they are confident to actually bring them into the bedroom and use them, mutual satisfaction should increase. Oddly some women can take this the wrong way though and look at you as less of a man if you want to use toys. Basically this whole topic is a cesspool that you might have been better avoiding. I certainly and knowledge missed many chances to have more sex as a young man but I fielded the minefields out there. Got lucky and found my wife of multiple decades. Despite this if have spent a good part of my life trying to help her overcome or unlearn things she was taught growing up. I am still looking forward to other material from you but I think the trap you walked into her is thinking most women are like you when they are not. GL with all your future posts.

It's a lie that study says "2-10% MAY have been falsified" I don't claim it was on purpose, might as well be just not understanding what the study stated. 2-10% is the number of cases that was PROVEN to be knowingly falsified: accuser came out, or it was filmed on video that nothing happened, or solid evidence prove that alleged perpetrator couldn't have done it cause he was at another place. And that study, which is actually a meta-analysis of multiple studies, did it's best to exclude honest mistakes from "may have been falsified" category. And what she's not telling us is that same study found about 10% accusations to be certainly true: solid evidence, witnesses, perpetrator pleaded guilty etc. Other 80% is a greater of "he said, she said" So AFAIK, correct statement would be: _"about 90% of accusations MAY have been falsified, of which 2-10% almost certainly are"_ Sounding not so good, right?

Thing there women who mad false accusation of them being rape, send the wrong person to jail. There many cases of this behavior the female don't get punished for commiting false accusation. Women: I'm been raped!! Men: didn't do anything? Women:yes!! He did!! Men: send to jail for commiting a crime he didn't do. Past more than 5 years in prison, then they discovered it wasn't real . Men gets out prison, couldn't get job for the supposed crime of raped, while women just like nothing happened to her. No guilt about what they did, no punishment, it's shame laws it's not equal like it's supposed to be. Women want equality for certain things but when it comes to take responsibility for something they do like false accusation there's no where to be seeing.

V, you have some inaccurate stats, for example how do you know that 60% of rapes are not reported if they aren't reported? Also, How did the study define "rape"? I ask because many studies define things such as regretful sex as rape; and that 2-10% is not only a sloppy guess(as demonstrated by that ridiculously wide margin of error) the only factual basis for it is the official cases where a rape accusation was proven to be false. Don't forget that only 1/3 of rape cases are ever solved either way. To be clear, I'm not suggesting your conclusion is wrong I'm only informing you that those statistics are a very unreliable way to get to said conclusion. I hope this is taken well. Much respect

Well, my man, let me warn you that the reason you gave may appear as a slippery slope to one mutually damaging conclusion. If we cannot ascertain that 60% of actual rape incidents go unreported, we cannot even acertain how many victims of such crimes are men( that is men getting raped).

New here! I can't believe anyone would think these were true. Damn! One thing I noticed in this video was that it takes 10% of the duration just to get going with the actual video, during which I was wondering whether or not to continue watching. Just thought I'd share that. While I agree with your point that all of us have the ability to think and to make decisions based on more than just "does this person smell good", I believe your view on our "emotional evolution" over our own biology might be a little bit optimistic. We've barely crawled out of the cave and a lot of societal and social problems stem from the fact that many of us find it hard to adapt and to keep up with our current way of life. Your checklist is awesome, and I wholeheartedly agree with all but the lightbulbs - because lightbulbs are so early 2000s. But I think we'd all benefit from embracing ourselves, and our needs, and what our bodies tell us. Instead of turning away from that, thinking we've somehow gotten past all of that. Just because it's easier than ever to meet people doesn't necessarily mean those means will suddenly grant us immunity from our own instincts. Some people just don't feel right no matter what, and it's OK to feel that way. Our bodies are smart, our instincts - while many aren't useful - are there for a reason. Btw, you talk about "getting laid" too in this video, while then saying it's a bad turn of phrase - with which I completely agree, I find it detestable and objectifying. Thanks for an interesting - if a little depressing - video, look forward to seeing more of you!

This is a great video, really really good. I think this speaks to the averages of what is going on today. I think that all of this is true and more guys would agree and understand this if women hit on guys and not the other way around because that is a big complaint guys have about women, at least it seems to be. A lot of guys don't seem to understand that the history of dating and mate selection is the guys responsibility first and then the girl will say yes or no and in the past it really just didn't matter she had little to no choice. To be fair women and girls do approach guys but I still think that there is an expectation that the guy will ask her out first and so guys just need to accept that that is their role and man up so to speak if they want to find a girl. Actually it would be interesting to survey the female population and ask if they would ask a guy out or if they want the guy to ask them out. I've heard all combinations, some girls make the first move, some will ask if the guy is dragging his feet, so will never ask, but I don't know what the average behavior is today. We as a sociaty are moving into more equality between genders but from the perspective of most guys they don't see it yet. And this movement is contested, birth control anyone? This kind of social stuff is very complex and complicated, because there are exceptions and extremes to every thing. Women sure do love sex just like men do, but women generally also want to feel safe, so they may be cautious at times, where guys maybe don't have that same feeling of concern. Unless of course the girl or women they find is phyco in which case maybe the guy would be concerned for his safety but most people are just fine aren't they. I do think guys still have hang ups about money. If a woman makes more or is in a higher social situation so to speak it needs to be made clear to the guy she likes that she totally accepts him as he is and dose not have the expectation that he will match her in that way, so the relationship is personal and not social. Together through thick and thin. And this can be a tough one for some guys to get past because not long ago guys would half joke about who wears the pants in the family... So there may be a strong feeling of inadequacy but that could also just exist in the skull sized hell of that person and not be a general experience of the population. To make a relationship work there has to be a kind of balance, one person can make money and perhaps the other is funny and a good cook or lover or something else but each person brings some value to the relationship so together both people can have a good time. The combination of value can really be anything, you just have to find the right mix for you and your partner. The other thing is that like all things in life if you are not getting the results you want than you are probably doing it wrong. If you are not finding girls or women that are into you than maybe you are looking in the wrong places, or not looking at all, or maybe you need to do some self work to be seen as a fun sexy caring awesome guy etc. Maybe it's how you communicate with others, what is the vibe you give off. What you think and how you think about yourself is projected out and others can and do pickup on it, so if you are thinking that you want to find and attract women to you than that is what will be communicated out, but are you coming across as a creep or as an open and fun person. Not many people want to be with a closed off depressed negative person, so address your issues and work on being a genuinely happy fun person. Everyone likes fun even in and especially in difficult times. Anyways, I think these points in the video are all good and valid. Good things to think about.
