Hmmm. What about cooking spinach in coconut water, then adding avocado and white beans to it? Spices, too, of course. Or, for a different twist, how about cooked spinach with sweet potatoes and black beans? Or cooked spinach with black beans, tomato sauce and avocado? Ideas off the top of my head...

all plants grains and seeds and legumes have phytates. soak your beans overnight dump the water do a quick boil as extra rinse and dump that too and then boil as usual. phytates are hard on your system and you get some anyway from other stuff. but soak your beans. the beans are loaded with too much phytates.

I take water 💊 💊. I much eat 😋 Potassium food or drink Potassium liquid, Deuteronomy 8:08 say pomegranates: a land of oil olive and honey. Pomegranates juice make me feel 💪! Beet juice is good also. Watch out for high oxalate if you tend to form kidney stones. Beet greens, Swiss Chard and spinach are Very high oxalate

A huge amount of doctors are teaching that we need to drop the carbs and eat fats instead. Carbs turn into sugars which makes insulin levels go up. Fats do not. Fats are the new energy burner.

the main takeaway is I will check with the doctor about pottassim supplement pills because as you notice the BEST of the pot rich foods barely give 10% and who eats an entire avocado? for bannannas you would die of sugar overdose to get even 1/3 daily requirement. also who can east the most pottassium rich superfoods several pounds a day???

Potassium supplements have very little potassium, usually 90mg or less. Too much potassium can be fatal.

Moringa - 15 times the Potassium of Bananas Its makes a difference how you cook the food doesn't it?

moringa does NOT have 15 times more pottasium than a bannanna but bannana has a lot of sugar.
