Suggestions for songs that could have been on are welcome, but refrain from comments such as "How the hell did you miss __" as obviously I haven't heard everything. - Swear words are censored outside of the songs themselves, deal with it. - Songs released in previous years that gained most of their success this year are eligible. - Timestamps are up soon for those either lazy or tight on time. Here's my opinion on each song that made your list: 10. Karma is indeed a bitch. The song skyrocketed (might have butchered that word) at the cost of tanking Jojo Siwa's 9. Like you said, that's a song to forget from A Day to Remember 8. (Sing like the original Into the thick of it song) I'm just so sick of it" 7. it is indeed a woman's world and we are truly lucky to be living in it, until Katy Perry shows up 6. people used to like Ice Spice because of her gimmick. Now that it's gone though, there is nothing left to like from her, mainly cuz the music was never good (at least in my opinion) 5. why did Nicki release this? It doesn't even sound finished nor does she have good punchlines. Talk about a lackluster diss 4. the first time i heard this song, it was so bad it made me feel like not listening to the original Gangster's Paradise, hence why from now on, I will start calling her Ella Hinderson 3. I HATE IT I HATE IT I HATE IT I HATE IT I HATE IT I HATE IT I HATE IT (also Carti mumbled his verse so hard nobody could even decipher one line let alone the whole thing) 2. Take what I said about Carti's verse on the last one and paste it here cuz this is the same thing but worse (mainly just because it's the whole song here) 1.Easily the worst cover of the decade (and yes, I have heard Ritt Momney's version of Put Your Records On) (also the TD RBC part kinda made me laugh, so i do like that, but hate the rest of the song)

Looks like you haven't been working in retail recently because the "Songs" they play in there are downright diabolical 💀, my ears are being absolutely gaped by this raw sewage, these radio hosts are serving straight misery and despair upon my mortal soul. I would gladly listen to Thick of It for my entire shift! Conditions are so bad working there that I audibly start celebrating when Lizzo of all people comes on. How dare you be coming from a privileged life in which you are insulated from the warcrimes against the aural tradition and try to tell us what what the top 10 worst songs of 2024 are, my list would make your ears straight up quit, srivel up, fall off and bounce around like tumble weeds. I am a war veteren compared to you, iron cross even, I am on the front line getting exposed to these cancer causing radiowaves everyday and you get to sit at home and play Pvz 2?! You do not know how much I would do to not hear "Alibi", "Season of the Sticks" or "Green Green Grass" ever again. I would literally sacrifice my first born on a blood alter to Satan so that he could drag them down to hell from whenst they came! Anyway cool video 😎

I swear songs these days feel like listening a narcissist talk about who they are, I miss when music artists made songs that were about thing or certain aspects rather then just complimenting themselves many times Like there are some good songs that I heard that do this, but I feel like these days it more about who I am and why I am so great so F the haters ha ha This is kind of why I don’t like Thick of it as the song feels like Ksi bragging

idk if youve heard husband by kanye west but it is a monstrosity of a song. someone with such an impactful and consistent career releasing something as boring, whiney and unfinished sounding as that imo easily deserves to be somewhere here. infact id argue maybe 1 or 2 other songs hes put out this year are also good contenders. good list though still, did not enjoy that katy perry or future song at all either

Thanks for watching! I originally had Carnival as an honourable mention before I reworked the list so ended up dropping it off completely; interestingly Todd in the Shadows ranked it as the worst hit song of the year.

Eh, the video nowadays feels very... dated, mostly because of how far my presentation and editing have come since then. As much as it feels like something is missing when you look at the playlist, I don't think losing the 2018 video is a big loss, but if there's enough demand, I might reupload it some day
