You are telling the straight up truth! lol I have used the Catwalk root boost ever since I started following you, also the Enjoy Dry Wax, and I don’t know what I ever did before those two products! They make a WORLD of difference! My haircut is almost identical to yours, except my hair is FINE and not thick AT ALL. So it is like the opposite of yours, but I can style it like yours because of these two products. Another trick I use is I dry my hair upside down, have for years, and that helps my fine hair a LOT. STAY SAFE! ❤🥰💐

@@mikeboothe (for Susan) I'm sure you will find the cut you're looking for! I've always worn long hair, even when I was young. I have cut it off a few times, but, for me, it's much more difficult to care for; I do better if I just wear it long (with bangs) and tie it in back. When I was working, I shampooed it every day----that was the only way I could style it to suit myself! Now that I'm retired I don't have to do that, thankfully! I'm 77.

I've been living in Taiwan for the past 11 years and finally found someone who can cut my hair. Just met her about a month ago and her shop is only 2 blocks from my home! In Taiwan, there are no laws requiring a license to cut hair so they all teach each other how to give a bad haircut! Also, products are impossible to find. However, I have some products I've brought back from US that I can use. Your tutorial is awesome because I have baby fine, white hair, and with the products I have on hand, it should work out well. Have to tell you that for someone w/fine, thin hair, Catwalk ($) doesn't work no matter how little or much I've used. I get "some" volume, but IMO what someone like me w/fine, thin short hair needs is more of a thickener. I've come to swear by Simply Smooth Thickening Volumizer and/or as a second runner up, Kristen Ess Instant Lift Thickening Spray. Sometimes I follow up w/Tressemé Texture Spray but even w/o that, either of the two above-mentioned products are better than Catwalk for my fine, thin short pixie (gamin) hair. Love all your videos, btw and am an ardent fan of the Enjoy Dry Wax, too. :).

I was so inspired by your Pixie that I got one today! 😊 It's not exactly like yours because I have very fine hair. Feels fantastic! My hair was already short, but I've been so disappointed in the other places I figured I was doomed to a bad cut. Thankfully I found someone with 28 years of experience and she listens! She did tell me to use gel instead of root boost or mousse because of my hair being so baby fine. I wish I could post a picture on here to share! The only real problem now is that this salon is in Florida and I live in Oklahoma. Oy. Thank you, Sharalee!

I hate blow drying, hate washing my hair every day, don't want a lot of product and am more into a casual look as a retiree (thank you, Jesus!) who is outdoors walking almost every day here in Ohio no matter what the weather is. I do some teasing and spraying, and if there's too much curl, it always calms down sooner or later. I keep it cut myself and have always been afraid to actually shave my head. I do use good scissors and a Tinkle Comb hair razor thing I found online a couple years ago for the lower back of my head and neck.

After watching this episode, I purchased the Zuvi hair dryer. My cut is similar to yours and finer. Now , after trying it for 2 weeks I can say I Dislike It a great deal. I have boxed it up and have gone back t my old one. Many of your suggestions have been useful and I love following, but boy and I sort I put so much money into this one.

Just a fyi: I ordered the Catwalk Root Booster from Amazon after I watched your video. So, today I get a message that my order has been cancelled. No explanation. Other items in my cart were fine, so I am really disappointed about not receiving this product.

I use the catwalk root boost and the enjoy dry wax on my hair … I love them. I also have coarse think hair and mine is heavy so those products help me get and keep volume. Thank you again for the great tips. What shampoo and conditioner do you use since your hair is like mine dark on the bottom and light on the top. I appreciate your tips ♥️

Hi Sharalee... I have been watching your videos for a long long time and love them! I have a question... what size brush do you use when styled your hair today?....I need to purchase one and would love if you could let me know what you use... Everytime I go to my stylist I take pictures of your hairstyle and have her style it like yours and I love it everytime so thank you for being such a wonderful inspiration, not only for hair but makeup as well! Love your channel!! ❤😊

Your hair is a dream - it's straight, a living miracle! Try thick, coarse curly hair which goes frizzy with humidity and looks ratty! I like it straight and professional looking. Add to this A/C issues with the car, randomly coming on, and a/c issues at home! I have to awake at 6.00 am ea. morning to spend 1.5 hrs on my hair prior to work, and it looks great until I step outside to get to the car. Add to this humidity, car window open so as not to arrive at work looking like a boiled lobster and it looks like crap. I have to repeat this nightmare ea. morning. Hours of work.. washing and drying takes 7 hrs.

I hear you! I envy these girls with that lovely straight thick hair... my hair is very fine and super curly. Plus, I live in South Texas by the coast, so it is super hot and humid here! So, I might be able to get my short pixie to look "good" for an hour or so, and by the next time I look in the mirror, it looks like "Granny's short bob." LOL! Oh, well, it is what it is... love your videos! Still going to try the products... never give up!

Hi my dear, I have been trying so hard with my stylist to get your color. Needless to say it’s not going well. First time around looked very golden and now I have a blonde “cap” in front 🤪 You have thick course hair correct? How does your stylist get that awesome dark/light contrast? I love watching your videos 🤗
