Adam Driver deserved a spot in the list: he started bulking up for The Force Awakens (and not The Last Jedi), then put his body through a buff rollercoaster - he repeatedly lost bulk for non-Star Wars roles (even getting sickly thin in Martin Scorsese’s Silence) and regained it quickly to become Kylo Ren again in TLJ and TROS.

I can admire the dedication that it does take to eat and workout and sleep what it takes to get into the superhero shape, when you have had literally everything paid for and provided for you, it takes away a lot of the mystique. Dwayne Johnson even admits to having chefs cut up his food so he can eat it between shots. A fifty year old still has his meals cooked and cut up for him. Let that sink in.
