It was out of season but had no hassle or scams as a tourist in Malta unlike everywhere else I’ve been. Would love to try electric car but cost of insurance and damage excess usually puts me off hiring.

The closest city to me is Buggiba even the doggy areas felt safe even at night. Compare to the uk i think it is really safe . I live in xemxija 20 minutes walk from Buggiba. Its amazing lovely fishing village. Love it.
