This is super helpful and very appreciated, Patrick. Could you make a video where you put all these tips into a coldcall example, from start to a set meeting? Would be nice to see you ask the right questions and overcome some typical objections and finally setting the meeting.

Talk less and listen more is such a good tip! Reminds me of habit 5 from “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”-“Seek First To Understand, Then Be Understood” Also love “get the customer to pain their dream scenario in their own words” 💯

Great video, a lot of what you covered in this video is related to presale teams more than the salespeople. It’s important to engage presales in the discovery sessions for them to be able to demonstrate an accurate SaaS application

learning from this video really help enhancing the good perspective on being tech sales. we are there to help, not just to get money. I repeatly listen and rewatch many times as it is very informative. I like that his teaching style is to give the reason why we do and then give example to every single part of it. It really inspires me.

I developed the name for your 3 tips to be "A DO"! where - A is to ask good question and listen carfully about their pain - D is to have client think of their Dream scenario, let them say the solution they need first. - O is to offer help, but indirect way, which is by saying, sth like hey, "Hey, I might be able to help you out, do you want me to tell you a bit about what I do? Love it
