I think it's because she was interested in investing and was disappointed to see not ever 'i' was dotted and all 't's hadn't been crossed... Either that or she just got a confidence boost from being right about their claims being a legal issue. With the peak chocolate like it’s like saying you can’t say helps eyesight on a package of carrots. If it’s so well researched then why bother making your own trials when you can just look at tons of already published research,

First of all, imagine what it would be like if every product cited on the label all the potential benefits of every ingredient it contained. Another reason is that if you have health claims on the label of something, you absolutely must also cite potential side-effects, effectively making your product a drug. Does caffeine have health benefits? Yes. Does it have side effects? Also yes. Notice how no coffee packaging ever mentions caffeine benefits directly.
