Quick hack for potatoes instead of frying them cut them however you want put them on a pan drizzle them with olive oil season them and bake

love your videos Donal, but I'm so beyond tired of "it's january I have to make up for the holidays" fad everywhere. I'm completely against that train of thought and it's really sad that people don't allow themselves a treat at the end of the year without thinking they need to eat in a restrict way for a month. And will be doing the same thing every single year. having said that, happy new year, congratulations on your baby boy.

Bee I get what you’re saying, but so many of us attended so many heavy food family dinners that we literally feel sick after the holidays are over. Lighter fare is a welcome thing to those of us who are suffering from “holiday gut”. My kids couldn’t even stand the sight of a chocolate cake at a relative’s birthday recently and no one wanted to eat it. Kids turned down cake...enough said 😉.

let me tell you what i ate today...breakfast 3 fried eggs,fried up some leftover ham in the skillet,3 pieces of turkey bacon..THEN for lunch I had a triple cheese burger from wendy's..then for super I had some tortilla chips and spinach dip and a plate of pizza rolls..hows that for healthy? lol..
