DESCRIPTION
I want more people to learn gymnastics style training appropriate for adults. So many people still have that bodybuilding mindset (back and chest day, arms day etc…) when it comes to working out, so I’m using that angle to reel more of you in! YES! You can do all the awesome exercises in this video that will give you functional strength and mobility + destroy the pecs! ALL WIN.

BRIEF BIO:
Height: 178cm / 5ft 10in
Weight: 80kg / 176lbs
I'm Tyson, I live in Australia and make functional training videos with my sense of humour violently shoved in.
My background is in Olympic weightlifting (2014 State Champion 85kg division) and Gymnastics Strength Training (Guinness World Record for Highest Standing Backflip and Accredited Gymnastics Coach).
The overriding value across my content is to place a high value on our bodies and their development by enjoying the process of learning new skills that increase its worth and enhance your experiences. I also guarantee you will say WTF (out loud) to at least ten videos on my channel.

Gr8 $tuff. As always man! 🙏💚 Iron cross work with the crosstrainer gave me insanest chest pump. Unmatched so far. Every fiber was screaming. Much more then rto bulg dips or anything else. Never done any maltese work though. Maybe even more insane. sickest doms i can ever remember (all workouts compared: gym only, cali only, hybrid of both,...) was supersetting backlever pullouts with bench press. 😮😵😱

regeressed iron cross as a means of tageting the chest? ring dips are safer and better...

onceuponthecross1 ahh, don’t be scared of IC man, you can scale the difficulty to your skill level. Dips are great but everyone knows about dips. Bulgarian dips are awesome too but I included them in a recent intermediate BW workout (link at end of vid).

How do i manage the lower part of my chest ? It's like my upper pecs buffs up but not the lower part. So it's like the nipples are hanging low haha

Haha! Tbh, these are functional exercises that happen to smash the chest. If they’re functional I generally assume they benefit the body as a whole I.e. these exercises are using the chest in its entirety. If you are looking at specific muscles and further to that, specific parts of a muscle, I’d go down the isolated training route, perhaps declined bench? I will incorporate rear delt flyes every now and then for my rear delts as I feel they can be lacking the same demands my mid and anterior delts receive.

@@kumbackquatsta Awesome so far, I hiked with them (nothing too harsh) in the Peak and Lakes districts in UK + plus worn them fashionably out. Worth the price tag for me.
