I want more people to learn gymnastics style training appropriate for adults. So many people still have that bodybuilding mindset (back and chest day, arms day etc…) when it comes to working out, so I’m using that angle to reel more of you in! YES! My background is in Olympic weightlifting (2014 State Champion 85kg division) and Gymnastics Strength Training (Guinness World Record for Highest Standing Backflip and Accredited Gymnastics Coach).
