A roll center correction kit after lowering also makes a big difference. Helps get rid of body roll and fixes the suspension angles in the front end. Fairly cheap too, I got the Whiteline ones.

Yes!! I was very close to putting the 034 ball joints on the list. Prolly my #1 runner up honestly. They are so good and so affordable!

Agreed! I have all of these on my MK7.5 except for the stud kit. Another recommendation would be the Superpro LCA's with added caster and neg camber, which for me improved turn-in and tracking on the highway. I tried the 034 Dynamic and Camber front strut mounts but canned them due to excessive noise and harshness. After replacing with stock mounts, I did the Euro-only Clubsport "S" front spindles, which give 1 degree of neg camber. I have about 2.4 degrees neg front camber now, and tire wear is nice and even, given my spirited street driving. Running Bilstien B16 Damptronic suspension. Keep the videos coming!

I loved my super pro arms! Wound up rubbing through my fender liners with my fat tires though 😆 sounds like you’ve got an awesome setup going there!! People don’t realize how much a little camber and caster can change up the whole car

Deadset kit is a good one. It also makes the alignment tech's job a lot simpler when i tell them they dont have to worry about the subframe adjustment. It feels like i get better quality alignments bc of it. For fwd guys, the rear lower isweep subframe brace made a big difference. Quality piece. It goes up by the gas tank around the rsb. The eurocode front strut bar is very good too. It's for sure one of those you can feel a difference immediately just like the deadset kit. Wct pedal spacer for 6mt guys was a great mod and allows me to heel/toe the way I'm used to. I have always had the creak at full lock up front. I'll probably pick up the 034 front links since mine are still the original 6 yr old oem units. My rear moog endlinks are all rusted over after several years. I'll probably do the 034 rears also. Since I'm an mib2 mk7, the 8 inch head unit was plug n play for me and also an awesome upgrade. My rt215s are pretty much spent. I think I'm gonna give the new conti extreme contact sport 02's a try for about 120 bucks less than the michelin ps4s.

I agree with all this! I loved that pedal spacer! I heard great things also with the iSweep braces! The 8 inch unit is a must 🤌🏾 esp if you can find a good deal on one! Also heard good things about those conti tires!

Thanks Bryce for the information on the 034 endlinks. I've been getting a poping sound at slow speeds when turning all the way to the right or left. I am currently running factory endlinks with front and rear APR swaybars on my stage 3 2017 Golf R

I think the front endlinks need to be lengthened because when lowering you’re pulling the ends of the bar upwards.

No the bar sits at the same position the links need to be shortened when the car is lowered. I’ve done these on a handful of cars, I promise I ain’t lying to ya

The reason behind adjustable end links is to remove preload. Per our product page: When a sway bar is preloaded, it means that it is already twisted when the car is at rest, and it’s trying to roll the car to one side because of this. This will lead to asymmetric behavior and the car will favor tuning one way versus the other. Preload is detectable when the car is at ride-height on a flat surface, and removal of an end link is difficult because the sway bar is already twisted and applying force on the bolt, or installing the end link is difficult because the bar needs to be twisted to insert the bolt through the hole in the sway bar. With equal-length non-adjustable sway bar end links, removing preload is not possible. By utilizing our 034Motorsport adjustable end links, the lengths of each end link can be adjusted so that the end link can be easily installed at ride height without needing to twist the bar to get it to fit. Zero preload provides symmetrical handling in right and left turns.

How is that true? When you lower it causes pre load. After getting your links and shortening them to fit without a fight the preload was gone and the car handled noticeably better

I have a manual mk7 R and I recently upgraded the clutch with a ringer racing stage 4/ DMFW new fluid and a super pin. The clutch still feels like shit. What are your suggestions for manual upgrades?

Have you done the bleeder block upgrade? I also deleted the swirl valve and did a stainless line. WCT pedal spacer, clutch stop, super pin, shaft bushings, cable bracket and bushings, holy shift kit and it was great. Cherry on top was a BFI knob. I have vids on all that I think just search my name then the mod

And by great I mean great vs stock. It’s still kinda shit compared to say an s2000 or almost anything else lol.. these vw manuals are not great. Sad to say it but I don’t really miss it besides the whine from the dog box

Yea bleeder block, swirl valve and stainless lime was don’t also. I will look into the other mods you suggest. Love the engine, just not the manual transmission feel compared to my 135i and STI Thanks bro.

Have you re bled your system since breaking in the clutch? I got a good couple bubbles out after the break in and it felt noticeably better afterwards
