At first I could only touch the rim but after 8 week of using special exercises in my vertical jump program for jumping higher I was able to dunk. @@RBKKnine i had two recovery days each week. Started on Sunday. Sunday was day 1. i had recovery days on Tuesday and Thursday. But you have to be committed to it. Commitment and hard work will do the job. Trust me, you will get big results.

Look up plyometrics a standing 1 legged box jump is not a plyometrics exercise. If you dropped form a box and quickly exploded up it would be. Replace that with a 1 legged depth jump

My vertical was about 24-25" , now its 27" so i am being patient with it, plus im happy with that aswel... Maks P The Truth i have done you strength training, the same video you posted a couple months back, but it really works though, if you try hard and dont give up you're bound to see results!

Why before doing depth jumps, you need to make to be able to squat 1.5 times your body weight? Can you still do it if you can't squat 1.5 times your body weight?
