Squats Pull-ups Lunges DB Bench Press Front Squat Sprints There. Simplified it and you’ll get the same results.
@aerospacepatriot81772 жыл бұрын
THANKS for the list! Now, here is my assessment of each: 1. Easy possibility for injury. Substitute with single leg presses on leg press machine. Insert dual leg press for feet placement, then drop the other leg, keeping your foot in place. 2. Use the feet to assist. I've seen falls from 30 feet. Not pretty. 3. Just do bulgarian lunges with db in off hand. Better balance. 4. Just use the db's. No bands. 5. Better alternative to front squats is goblet squats. 6. Better alternative is elevated level on assault elliptical. Rarely do you fight sitting down.

I had my daughter doing tabatas on the assault bike 10 years ago for wrestling training... She was state champ twice against the guys. #2 in New England against the guys. And one of the top 3 female wrestlers in the country all four years of high school. Did some of the other training too. She was benching 200lbs then. You'll be happy to know she's a PT now

@elliotseow72012 жыл бұрын
@@lukej7283 maybe I phrased it wrongly bruv. I didn't mean don't compete, I meant don't think too much of the competition aspect at the start, it might add more stress to your life then it relieves. It's fine to compete, especially at white belt, but don't focus on the whole "winning and losing". I compete plenty but I think it's good for beginners to just enjoy as you go along, if you get what I mean.

Hey Coach , How do I know what my 1rm is in exercise like hang high pull or trap bar jump so that i adjust the weight to perform in that range (i.e. >80% for strength speed)
@onemanswrld4052 жыл бұрын
You can try a heavy weight and see how many reps you get (2 or 3 or however many) then use that as your X-rep max and find your estimated 1rm from there, using an online 1rm calculator. It's useful for lifts that you normally wouldn't actually max out on. Sorry I know you weren't asking me lol but that's what I would do

Shazam for some reason won’t pick up the sick dubstep track at 4:00 anyone know the name ? 😂
This video is great. I need to start doing the first exercise shown. I feel like it's so unfair to naturally bigger guys, that rope climbs were always naturally easy for me as a small skinny build, to the point I love them but they just don't build my shoulders or lats though because I only weigh 138lbs. If I wanna build explosive upper lats and shoulders I have to do handstand push-ups, weighted pull ups at wide grip, overhead military press and all the heavy bag training I can get. Powerful uppercuts and hooks are the biggest factors of using the heavy bag for the lats being explosive. There are areas though that I'm so jealous of you big guys. Like bone density, natural power, more overall strength potential and other things.
