I stopped buying those products a long time ago. Because, I make better meals that are cheaper,, healthier, and taste better in my own kitchen. It is also to be noted that the healthy frozen meals (that I used to buy) are not available anymore.

Just eat wholesome foods that are legumes, pulses, fruit and vegetables, nut milks, avoid any packaged that are processed. Have your 3 Gs Garlic, Ginger and Green tea

Nut milk has toxic ingredients as do some vegetables like tomatoes. Stick to walnuts as a healthy nut. I get diarrhea from eating celery.

May i suggest finding and consuming foods closest to you...from local farmers and markets. If you can't grow your own...? You can also order from companies online that will supply good organic foods/drinks, etc. Azure is one of them that i know sells and distributes quality organic foods. But local if you can as it's good to support locals to us, imho. :)

We need to demand better food quality. It's not "okay" that the cost of food is so expensive and yet our food quality is poor!Why do we have chemicals, gmos and pesticides in our food that are banned in other countries.

Most things pre-made is experimental and usually on the chem recall list or fda.gov warning that most dont check and supermarkets still sell at consumers expense literally. Best to just make it yourself and watch a KZbin video for free and learn how to do it yourself. Have a great day on purpose 😊

Are any organic frozen foods, like organic grass fed hot dogs, keto ice cream, egg bites or even turkey sausage burritos, or organic frozen meals from company’s like Amy’s also harmful? I am disabled and rely on many frozen items as I am unable to cook, but noticing cardiovascular symptoms increasing. Thank you for this video.

Great video as always doc. Frozen pizzas are often unhealthy due to high levels of sodium, unhealthy fats, and preservatives. They are typically loaded with salt to enhance flavor and extend shelf life, which can raise blood pressure and contribute to heart disease over time. Many varieties contain trans fats and saturated fats that can elevate cholesterol levels and increase heart disease risk. Frozen pizzas are also low in fiber and essential nutrients, as they’re usually made with refined flour and minimal vegetables. The high calorie and low-nutrient content can lead to weight gain and poor health if consumed regularly as part of your diet.

My family here at home eats those kinds of foods everyday throughout every meal. Bacon is their number one breakfast food, sausages, rice, fried eggs, etc. vegetables and fruits is not food for them. They love ice creams, deserts, cookies, all the foods that you mentioned we have freezers full of the packaged frozen foods. But, I they won’t let me talk them out of not eating them. Food is and addiction and based on its taste that makes them crave them so much that, to them they have to have it. They always want to eat something different because of their cravings. I eat different from them. I always have tea available for anyone that would drink it with me but, not one of them would drink my hot green tea, moringa, and many other kinds of teas. And I know most people even if they’re suffering they still won’t try a different diet. Thank you Doctor Mandell for caring for all, God Bless You!

He won't because America is all about the money. The government doesn't care about our health no matter what party holds the office. It's up to ourselves to take accountability for our own health. You don't have to buy those foods. We have to make better choices. We can do things like stop giving these companies all of our money until they change the ingredients in the food. RFK won't make those changes because if companies have to use better ingredients that cost more money to produce. Guess what prices will go up even higher then they are now. Which is the biggest reason why this election turned out the way it did. I do hope our government adapt the ways of the countries over seas and get rid of most of the garbage these companies are allowed to put in our food!!!!

So many quick and easy recipe recipes on YT. I make 9×13 pan sized meals and portion them and freeze. If you need a quick, frozen meal...it's already prepped and you controlled the ingredients. So much healthier. ❤😊

​@@manuwilson4695 Of course, there's a dizzying array of items in most grocery stores that are not only unhealthy - they're guaranteed to cause some serious health issues down the line, if consumed on a daily/regular basis. The fact that companies are allowed to claim that their products are 'healthy' and/or 'natural' - when they're clearly not - which is proven just by looking at the laundry list of additives/colorings, and other ingredients... not to forget that some ingredients don't even have to be declared at all - if they're present in the 'food' in 'minuscule' amounts... which is beyond infuriating. However, seven kinds of commercially made, frozen 'foods' are mentioned in this brief clip, so those are the ones I listed. Have a wonderful week!
