Just seeing that scenery is relaxing and comforting... Plus this practice that is so good for my self-engagement into correct my posture and get the shoulders opened as they should be.. So, the best benefited 11:01 minutes of the day😀 . Many thanks

@@qigongwithkseny so mindful of you to reply and ask Kseny! I'd say anything combining breath and opening of the chest-neck area soothes me so I prefer these exercises, I suffer from fibromyalgia and qigong is my go to whenever I feel the tension. Thank you for all your wonderful work.

Lovely! Needed the lengthening of my body this morning, got 4 hours sleep last night, good for me, no deep sleep though, will keep trying! Now shall do another one of your qi gong with tapping, that always makes me feel so much better! Thank you for all you do!

@@qigongwithkseny I would join but I am so very limited due to pain from the spinal fusion and neuropathy radiating down my legs, and I cannot stand on one leg at all, have to hold on to something for dear life, and stretches are difficult. I love your videos and will continue switching up with them daily and nights. I hope your business is booming because you are such a kind and lovely gal with a beautiful dog and properties!

I think this is day four doing a combination of this one and one from two months ago called Natural Pain Relief: Qigong for Lower Back. Love both and testing repetition to see how that assist with regaining my posture and easing the back pain after month’s bending over a walker! I feel well on my way to total recovery! Many thanks for your help in this! ❤❤❤

Thank you I haven't been moving my spine much I have two herniated discs and burning stiffness in spine for 6 months going for epidural steroid injection I tried doing this thank you
