Thank you for this practice. My lower back still feels pretty stiff. This has been a problem I've noticed the last few years. Sometimes it's gone away, but for the last month or so it's back again. Maybe I'll try to do these exercises for a while. From Washington, USA.

@@qigongwithkseny Yes, I've been subscribed to your channel for a few years and have exercised to your videos regularly, including a number that focus on the lower back. It seems like early on my lower back pain was a problem, but then maybe for the last year or so it hasn't been. The last month or so though it's been stiff again.
