In my opinion, u can run under 10,15 this year perfectly if u found a good race with a good wind, keep working man!

The five sets of 4x30m flying looked really comfortable and relaxed. As if you could make a free choice whether to go a bit faster or not on the next run. You did not seem to be as "flat" and under muscular fatigue as you have been in the previous years while doing this session. You have progressed beyond the sheer average of the times being achieved.

Did his first 3 steps looked better than before too?

@@chinocoffee9565 On 30m flying runs that is hard to tell because you are going into these runs while already carrying some momentum. Short acceleration sprints and block starts are more likely to give a valid impression on that.

@@chinocoffee9565 The short sequence does not allow to draw too much conclusions and there is only one start who has been filmed from a side angle. But his first steps look more fluid and his hip position seems to be more extended than during the previous years. He hits his center of mass better than before. But we do not know if he really went out of the blocks at full effort. Really hard to tell without proper information. Maybe Mathias can tell us more by himself ?

Hi Matthias, I have been following you for a long time. I am from Russia and I also did sprints before. I think you have outstanding physical fitness for a sprinter. But I see your shortcomings in your running technique. It can be seen how your whole body is very tense and you do not use relaxation in running. This prevents you from running relaxed and fast. Pay attention to your neck while running, it is very tense. Try smiling a little while sprinting like Griffith Joyner did. Good Luck!

I am also from Russia and that sounds completely absurd. Also a lot of sprinters might look like they're tense, one example is Tyson Gay, he looked like he was going to die when he was racing. His form is relaxed and controlled during the 30 flyes.

Im asking because im doing the same kind of sessions but in 2 different ways....we do 4x60-60 where to break is just to turn and go....and 60-60-60-60 with 90-120secs. thanks!
